I respect deep game for this, because a lot of people would have slapped a price tag on a video like this. Not doing that shows that he practices what he preaches.
The first time I've played in the zone... I was smiling all throughout. I was enjoying the game, and did't even thinka bout anything. I didn't check the score until after the game... i was even shocked to see that we won. I was so focused on enjoying the game, that I played 3x better than usual. The game rewards the player who needs no reward other than the game itself. Enjoy the moment. You are in control of your feelings.
That is why I deleted all video games from computers and limited internet for my son and we started 100 days basketball challenge with him and documentary it in our channel. Your channel gives us a lot of great advices and ideas. Thanks a lot
The narrative that I have to work hard, grind and suffer in order to have hopes of attaining what I deeply desire is so ingrained into my soul and identity that I struggle to let go of these ideals. I will listen to this everyday until this new fundamental mindset has been ingrained into my brain instead of the old one. When ever I enter a flow state I’m always joking and having fun. A relaxed aggression over takes me. I am grateful this talk is free and it’s crucial for pacing yourself on this marathon
That was a beautiful message, and I love how it can be applied to other sports/crafts alike. Deep Game is something different. I’ll definitely share this word.
Hey, man, great vid! One thing I’ve been noticing about my game, especially my shot, is that I’m too stiff, and I was wondering if there are any tricks I can do that can eliminate that factor. Whenever I make a move, I feel soo sluggish and stagnant, and my shot is prolonged and looks like a two-motion shot; it reminds me of Ricky Rubio’s jumper.
It's really hard to tell without seeing you in person. The problem could stem from a number of factors, including muscle stiffness and poor form among others. I'd start by looking at the base of your shot, and moving up from there in terms of improving it. If you have any lingering injuries/tight areas, that may be worth looking into as well. @@DeepGameBasketball question. You say to be happy when playing basketball and it increases your performance but I thought that emotion makes your performance decrease so wouldn’t you not want to be happy nor mad?
@@kingworldadventures I know I'm not deep game, but, emotionally you should not be too high or too low as in too pumped or too hard on yourself. It's finding the balance which is happiness and contentment.
Enjoy your life off the court, do training you enjoy, etc. A lot of happiness on the court is actually related to what you do off the court. Simon DeepGame
Hey Taylor! I recently have joined with the EGT crew and I was wondering in what order should I be doing the EGT skills(shooting, scoring, dribbling) in combination with Elite speed and upper and EGT 2.0 and EGTransform
For your main program, you'll want to do EGT 2.0 + One of the supplement programs (scoring, shooting, dribbling) + the EJT package (EJT, EUBT). EGTransform can be done as a pre-season program, or sometime during your off-season. It's only 30 days long. Simon DeepGame
@@DeepGameBasketball thank you soo much Simon, I was also wondering if you had any tips or ideas of keeping track of the workouts because I’ve often found myself losing track of what drills do to next in the middle of my workouts
