Bonnie only sells rings as a set - diamond and setting. She does not sell only settings. This guy would have had to replace the entire ring not just get a new setting. She doesn’t mention this in the video but she states that on her website. Maybe t she made an exception in this case. Edit: In the comments below Bonnie said the buyer returned the ring within the sellers 30 day return window and she sold him the diamond and the ring.
I can’t get used to men taking an actual interest and effort in ring buying! My boyfriend would grab the first thing that didn’t cost more than HE thinks is a proper amount to pay. I gave the ring back - he spent more on his ski trips last winter than he spent on my ring which, ladies, THIS MATTERS! No, you aren’t a gold digger! You know what you want, there’s no way HE doesn’t know what you want, and if he actually CARES it would matter to HIM

The ring is nicer than the first ring, but basically Bonnie's ring is the same ring as the one below for another client.
