The video has straight up facts !! As someone who once struggles in even studying 3 hrs a day to now studying 6 to 8 hrs a day it feels great that I'm actually reaching my goals. And to anyone of you struggling rn..just keep going and trust me you'll surprise yourself someday!!
@@rajveersingh2k04 aww 🥺 I’m glad that I’ve made you feel at least a little better and honestly you seem like such a nice person and don’t forget that ‘it will pass no matter how hard it is rn you’ll come out of it stronger and better’ and here’s a hug for you cuz you deserve it *hugs* 🫂💖
AJEY- It's completely okay to not be a morning person ME- finally I can wake a 12pm in the afternoon and study THE NEXT LINE - For me it's the time between 6:40 am to 7:00am ME REGRETTING MY WHOLE ENTIRE EXISTENCE 😭 -_-
Im a full time semi- professional footballer ( I train around 7-8 hrs a day) but I will still say that..to do something this long everyday you've got to love what you do
Hello doctor!! I am a Ph.D. student in Biotechnology. I was struggling to set a good timetable for myself. Your tips and tricks really worked. I am now having a better schedule every day. Thanks a lot!
Guys i'm a neet aspirant i do follow max doctors , entrepreneurs , and many focused persons and trust me , doctor has seriously given sooo good tips as a good senior would give ... thank you sirr you too good keep working best wishes 🤞🏻.
I completely agree upon this - take a walk in a break time. I am doing Ph.D. at IIT - Bombay. I have observed that when I take a break and just keep thinking about what I did or the problems I solved are right; many times I came across minor things which I could add or modify. Many a times, during that walk time, I happened to get many different ideas I can work on to make my work better. So yeah, it works for me immensely.
You have described each and every point so clearly with examples . Unlike others who just throw tips & tricks like cannonball without the proper explanation behind that action. Thanks doc
Must say, while seeing this video, I felt like in the name of studying for long hours I was just meticulously burning myself out with very little efficiency when it came to studying. Everyday waking up and start studying would feel like hell but still I would drag myself to the study table and through the day, everyday feeling like I did nothing. I guess I now know where I was wrong. Thanks for the video doc, it may sound like exaggeration but truly, it shook and woke me up. Also, I am vey very grateful to you for not saying things like "ab tu phod dega" and "ab tu aag laga dega" cause I am a very literal person, I really take these expressions seriously and believe that "true studying" is really "burning yourself" out. That is quite the way I function. Those are my OCD habits still there after therapy.
Keep studying with breaks n enjoy ur failures n successs both both r necessary some days are good some bad but u need to move forward never look back watch n like ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-q2w4MG1D8bU.html
In this lockdown I have literally lost all my concentration from studies...but trust me guys this video really really really helped me a lot!! And im so so so happy and glad that I came across this wonderful video Thank you so much Doctor!!🙏🏻❤ God bless!! My words are really less to describe how much happy I'm now 🥰❤
@@sabikasajjad2143 Ikr. I really wish I could pull off more hours but hey, on the bright side, we do manage to get a few things done. Better than doing nothing :)
@@sabikasajjad2143 I think you are on the right path, I faced this issue a few years back, I had to study and manage an online business as well as Learn other skills, I put in hours but it's useless. The only reason to fix this is just to keep on going, the logic behind this is you are taking up a difficult task thus it becomes harder to overcome it. Taking easier tasks won't work so the only way is to fight your fear. Once someone told me motivation is temporary but discipline is permanent, motivation builds discipline over a period of time. Keep working Hard :)
Hello Dr. Ajay! This is Ajeya, a medical student from Kolkata. I came across your channel very recently and I just wanted to really appreciate the contents. Especially this video! ✨ A lot of study techniques that you mentioned here already matched with mine and I got some extra tips too that I hope would really help me to get through the two more years I have before my internship and beyond that as well. Keep sending positive vibes to all us medicos and doctors out here. Keep up the good work. Best wishes! 😇
Focus is something that you as an individual needs to find,I grew up at the time when social media or smartphones wasn't even around but at times I did struggle to focus,so it's all about determination and not distractions, stop blaming your surroundings and take some responsibility, the moment you accept your mistakes and learn from them is the moment you'll notice change in your overall development.
Thanks for this video, I am starting accelerated science courses on Monday after a long break from school. This will help me build up my study endurance 🤞🏼 thank you for sharing with us.
Morning more time for studying 3-morning 2-evening Wake up at same time irrespective of when u went to sleep Make studying ur first congnetive and comprehensive thing Do ur morning chores Not think or understanding required Study Req comprehensive and congestive required Start with reviseing the yesterday things Then easy ones Make studying one topic as highlight of the day Add a column in to do list that is highlight of the day Write to do list in night Building momentum Set ur own phase D1 2h D2 2.5h . .D20 8h(maintain the same it will get easier) Set ur environment Make a spot only for studying Use compitivie ness like studying in lib Distractions Put phone in DND mode The real breaks Allow brain to produce brain juice Taking walk Doing exercise Meditation Use pomadaro technique Treat your self Playing badminton Eating Fill the study checklist
Just came across your channel! Love the humour and the tips! I'm preparing to sit the big 3 (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry) exams in a couple months & I'm looking forward to implementing these techniques. Thank you so much!
When I was student I used to studied 8-10 hours passionately, but now I feel that not worth it as it should be. Feel little regret that why I didn't enjoy the way teenagers, young children enjoying.i will definitely teach my child that studying damm hard doesn't help you to get good job, better future, secure and comfortable lifestyle financially. Rather I would like to reach him, just enjoy everything what comes to your way.
JUST TOOK A BREAK FROM MY NEET PREPARATION N YT RECOMENDED UR VIDEO! GREAT ONE SIR ! AND THANK YOU FOR THIS , IT HELPS ALOT ESPECIALLY THE CHECKLIST ..ILL START IT RIGHT AWAY !
I always wanted to watch videos from a doctor from India (because I am from India), I tried to find but I was unable to but here you are, I am so happy to find your channel even when I am not from the medical field.
Congratulations on your 25k subscribers. Keep bursting myths/false information that lot of fake RU-vids are sharing . Keep up the good work . I have not seen Indian doctor doing RU-vid . I follow Doctor Mike , hope you reach that height too.
I know I am very late but I just came across your channel... This is probably one of the best videos that I have seen in a really really long time! Thank you very much appreciate the efforts.
I stopped checking my phone first thing in the morning. It would take up at least an hour in my first part of the day, and just distract me from what I really needed to be doing. Thank you for this video also! Studying has been hard for me and it is something I seriously need to work on if I want that degree!
Sir I am a NEET aspirant and my biggest distraction is sleep. It gets very hard for me to avoid sleep around 2.30pm after lunch. 😂 I'm going to follow the checklist regularly!! Thank you sir
After lunch dont rest,go for a walk in sunlight (may be on terrace). Dont go with this meme. Sci teacher- food gives us energy You- but after having it i feel sleepy. Just a funny joke. But yeah u need to be productive
Hey vanshika try to avoid the sleep at that time because it will become your habit to sleep at that time......( Note - neet examination time 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm)
8 hour study is not practical 10pm to 6am - sleep 6am-7am morning chores Collage/school(if you have to travel) 8am to 3pm ( most collage time) 3pm to 5pm - snacks ,dinner if you eat early You have only 5 hours left , how in the universe you are going to study for 8 hours.......how are you going to have fun where is the time for that...... Guys study for 2 hours .read a book(other than your textbook ) for 30 minutes ....and have fun for remaining two and half hours.
I used my break time in watching this video! I definitely didn’t mind my “brain juice” getting drained in this one! Thanks for the video. ~ A neet pg aspirant
Hello Sir! I'm a NEET 2022 Aspirant and I used your checklist. It is just awesome and it helped me manage my daily schedules with a positive approach. Thanks a lot!
A great video ! I think this not only helps while studying but also while working, there are a lot of distractions (especially with the current situation of Work from Home).
I muted my notifications and sat for studying. Turns out my phone was out of network coverage area while my sister tried calling and had texted me saying she is taking my dog to the hospital. I lost scooby last week :(
Every single words you say, I get reminded of myself and feel confident that yes, I can also become a Doc which is my dream to become. Right now I am in 11th grade and I am not a morning person also I have a lot of bad habits.
You are really honest and relatable i was tired for even studying for like 1.30 hours but after i watched your videos i can study 6 - 8 hours a day. Tysm💖💖💖
I was preparing myself to study for long time in a day for my carrier choise....and when scrolling on RU-vid I got your video has recommend and usually I I don't watch the videos longer than 10min. But I watched 16min of your suggestion how to study longer.. thanks for that awesome and time utilizing vlog...👍👍👍
I stopped your video at 5:06 to like it but I want to comment as well. The thing is on RU-vid you have started new I was following Doctor Paramjit Singh( Dr Education) sir who also explains very well. I want to welcome you to RU-vid & I appreciate your work. You are the right person to expose health scammers of ayurveda etc they can't even read the blood test report or urine test report but start to give free advises on RU-vid. I appriciate your guts. We are with you and you should keep up with the good work.
This video is amazing. . . presented in such a new way. Some of these tips I've never heard before. This will really help me for my upcoming exams next week. Thank you so much 🙏

This technique was the most logical one I honestly came across. I am implementing it in bits and pieces. Sir can you make a video of how to study in the final year undergrad in the last 6 months, please.

In all my 24 yrs of life, I never have seen a Normal Doctor before I choose to click on this video. Wow Doctor's can be normal too!! Even typing that feels weird!
This video made my day, I've been wanting to extend my hours of studying for these few days but didn't know how to, now as I watched this, it's super helpful. Thankyou so much, plus I subscribed to your channel. 😊😊

Yes yes I can relate. After reading 1 hr from 7 am, whenever I read newspaper at 8 , I completely loss focus till 9. Planned to read newspaper at 9pm😅.
The succulent on ur table is growing like ur motivation to us for every video sir..tq soo much...!!!👍(I feel very comfort to share my things to u like a brother sir)
@@DoctorAmedicine Yes you can, but you have to set your body clock according to it..and atleast have a minimum sleep of 8-9 hours as Doctor Ajay said :)
If u feel good and productive to study at night it's good. But dear nature has provided night to rest your mind and body, so i think u should study at night but not all night.
My distraction is not my phone.. I self talk alot .. n I prepare checklists too.. but achieving them completely happens once in a blue moon.. I try to study the things.. but then I get distracted with lot many other questions which arent related to my topic of the moment.. rather it would be for some other subject.. like.. if I m studying cell biology.. then my head would start relating the concept at molecular level.. and then I start looking for many other answers in my molecular biology book. And there by wasting almost entire time.. and I hate being called out for lunch or something.. and when I take break.. it's like.. I become procastinator ..and doesn't want to leave the state.. I feel depressed and then energised.. and then lost in myself.. I am in total destruction..
