Can you explain to me your idea of God, is God a male or female? Does God have some kind of form? Is God accully in a place or everywhere. It’s really confusing with all the different beliefs out there. 😊

Great question! I'll make a video on "Why I am a Christian" which will go into why my personal belief is in the Traditionally Understood Christian God and explain what that is

It also is hard to convert when part of you livelihood comes from teaching your own perspective on the gospel

That's a great argument! I actually worked in the corporate sector for many years. My corporate management resume is actually worth more than my ministry resume where I've been working as a youth pastor. If I ever wanted to convert to another religion I could go back to making a lot more money and be a Mormon or atheist etc Not only that, but I've heard Mormon business men do very well within my local Mormon community. Being a pastor is a thankless hard job. You get more criticism than you ever do praise. And typically the people who have the biggest grievances against you are the people you sacrificially love the most.

All religions are some degree of crazy but Mormonism says, "hold my beer." Sorry, caffeine-free diet coke.

Nice video. Personally, I'd've taken the money, sex, and power, but to each his own, I guess. You seem to think the Bible isn't pro slavery despite the many laws about slavery in the Old Testament -- I'd like to see a video on that from you to be sure.

Thanks! This is a great question! It will take me a hot minute to churn out a video on this. But in the mean time, here's some great resources that will do better than me even when I do get around to a video! I've organized them in terms of time commitment haha! The book is the best resource and it's only $13 and I left you the Amazon link, but if you can't do that I linked a good article, if you can't do that I linked a 45-minute video, and if you can't do that I linked a 7 minute video. But obviously the quality of answer you get will be reflected in the time sync you commit to looking for the answer. 7 minute video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aaB_Mz3_nSw.htmlsi=kMj-WXNaQ-1NpV-R 45 minute video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-l2q3fql-BlY.htmlsi=NxX412j1rBOXZd4T Article: www.compellingtruth.org/slavery-Old-Testament.html Book: Is God a Moral Monster?: Making Sense of the Old Testament God a.co/d/8vCE7Du P.S. The guys who get money, sex, and power don't have a very good track record of happiness. "It is not the man who has too little, but the man who craves more, that is poor." -Seneca Love will always beat money, sex, and power. That's not just a religious take ❤️

And I would strongly recommend Apologia Studios for excellent answers to all of those. Do you recommend any Mormon Apologists?

Your attitude showed a smug indifference to the beliefs of others. Interesting, because CHRIST TAUGHT DIFFERENT PRINCIPLES SUCH AS: LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR, LOVE YOUR ENEMIES, PRAY FOR YOUR ENEMIES, SO ON AND SO FORTH. Even Paul spoke about charity, which is a must to have for a true follower of THE LIVING CHRIST.

@@BryceNeubergerSermons I do. What do Matt 5:48, Romans 8:17, 2 Corinthians 3:18, Ephesians 4:13, 1 John 3:2, and Revelation 3:21 say to you. The God that we believe in is not lesser, He is the greatest of them all. We do not seek to steal His glory as Lucifer did, rather to obey Him, to which if we do, we can become like Him. Why does your religion have 40,000+ denominations? Is it because mainstream Christianity cannot agree on doctrinal principles like baptism? What do you think we are doing here? Are we just pawns that God has placed here to fulfill the outcome of His book? If He really loves us, don't you think He would want us to become just like Him? I don't believe you have read the Book of Mormon, at least not in good faith. By the way, our doctrine is: Faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, repentance, baptism by immersion, the Gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end. What doctrine do you ascribe to?

@@BryceNeubergerSermons Yes, what do you make of the verses in the New Testament that speak to us of becoming just like Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father? I'm speaking of Matt 5:28, Romans 8:17, Ephesians 4:13, 1 John 3:2, and Revelation 3:21. These all allude to our becoming like Jesus Christ. What do you think we are doing here? Are we just pawns in God's plan so He can fulfill the outcome of His book.
