me mera experience share kar raha hu muze bhi pehle aisa raat ko 11 Pm rest ke liye gaye to 2 am tar bohot struggle krna padta tha nind kyu nahi aa rahi phir maine self improvement kiya 1- gym start kiya physically exercise krne laga trainer lagaya apne health pe focus kiya 2- raat ko sleeping time pehle screentime bohot avoid kiya urgent work hoga to hi dekhta tha ... 3- apna sleeping schedule fix kr diya din bhar khudko busy rakha jaha interest he 4- aur ab 3 months ho gaye itna progress ho gaya ki 11 pm so jata hu aur non stop 7 am tak sleep me hi rehta hu phir uske baad normal sleep upto 8 am ... aap aapne health condition ke nusar doctor ki help se possible ho to improvement kariye ...😊😊

Matlab kbhi kbar 6-8 sojaati hu pr beech me baar baar jaag jaati hu jiski wajah se sleep quality fir v best nhi milti aur baaki time wahi 2-4 hours sleep mushkil se. Most of the time sojaati hu.
