me mera experience share kar raha hu muze bhi pehle aisa raat ko 11 Pm rest ke liye gaye to 2 am tar bohot struggle krna padta tha nind kyu nahi aa rahi phir maine self improvement kiya 1- gym start kiya physically exercise krne laga trainer lagaya apne health pe focus kiya 2- raat ko sleeping time pehle screentime bohot avoid kiya urgent work hoga to hi dekhta tha ... 3- apna sleeping schedule fix kr diya din bhar khudko busy rakha jaha interest he 4- aur ab 3 months ho gaye itna progress ho gaya ki 11 pm so jata hu aur non stop 7 am tak sleep me hi rehta hu phir uske baad normal sleep upto 8 am ... aap aapne health condition ke nusar doctor ki help se possible ho to improvement kariye ...😊😊

Try this method Strictly ❌Avoid phones for 1 week Avoid laptop for 1 week Don't stay at home Get job Do some work Morning sunlight Do workout any Connect to others Connect to 🌿🍃nature Walk 👣without slipper For 30 minutes Don't stay alone Go and do dance/swimming🏊 Travelling Take breakfast lunch and dinner Drink lots of water Medidation, yoga 🧘‍♀️ avoid drinking water while eating food Thank you🙏 😍🥺try to change your lifestyle everything ll be change

@@jok3rgaming892 nah pr hamesha buri nahi rehti hai abhi. Matlab kbhi kbar 6-8 sojaati hu pr beech me baar baar jaag jaati hu jiski wajah se sleep quality fir v best nhi milti aur baaki time wahi 2-4 hours sleep mushkil se. Most of the time sojaati hu. Mene realise kiya insomnia is mostly fear of not sleeping toh wo fear ko manage krna hota hai uske baad neend aane lgti hai lekin wo fear ko completely nikalna brain se bhot mushkil hai toh bhot patience rakhna padta hai. Aap psychologists ke paas jaake apna fear, anxiety, stress k upar baat kar skte hai. Medicine na le toh hi achha hai. And for more information on sleep and insomnia aap sleep coach school ke RU-vid channel se khud ko educate kare kyuki meri situation sirf unki wajha se hi better hui hai

Kitni der tk krte thy ye pranayam ap aur sath mei kuch aur bhi krte thy kya plzz btaiye mujhe mujhe 2 months se pareshaani h Mai har roj uttanasan balaasan aur titli aasan krti hu Kapalbhati aur bhrastika bhi krti hu sab aasan 10 min tk krti hu and 70 strokes ,kapal bharti ke Mujhe koi bimari nhi h na koi dwai chal rhi h 😐
