Every content creator on this website has to vow to the terms of service whenever they create an account, so no matter how bullshit youtube's rules may seem, you have to follow them. Same goes for twitch. So if the host website think it's pornographic material, it is pornographic material. Censoring it in a video trying to counter their claims just lies proof that it is, and it will be taken down _because_ of this. Personal opinion is invalid in this situation because it's youtube's/twitch's own terms of service, something we as clients under these terms of service have no control over. Although in my opinion, I have seen the original image and think this is completely absurd, it all boils down to the hosts decision and we as clients should respect this - no matter how retarded.

God knows what is going on in the minds of whoever's in charge, but the terminology of what can be categorized as pornography and what can't is in such a lack of definition that it all bottles down to what one person or group of people believe to be. It's confusing to me also why some content that people would regard porn passes under the eyes of the host yet they choose instead to criticize other material that one would say is completely harmless. Again, personal opinion of where one draws the line regarding NSFW is completely invalid, because at the end of the day, the decision is in the hands of RU-vid/Twitch - not ourselves. So to say that images shown are "more explicit" that another is not a valid argument to stand on since it is a personal opinion coming from yourself, and not the host. They may believe otherwise, regardless of how illogical it may seem, but it's their own website so basically (ignoring any humane morality) they can do whatever the fuck they want to. So no matter how much we dispute; we, nor I, are in a position to make that decision. It's whoever permits the broadcast of that material in the first place. Like I said previously, we content creators are being granted access to share our own content so long as we stick by the rules the host has set. They're placed there in the first place to protect the host from any legal action, to maintain order upon their site thus ensuring general popularity and a good name. They're critical for a reason. So bearing this in mind, it's technically your _own_ fault for not following the terms of service, not theirs.
