I'm sorry for your loss. Give it time my friend. Things will hopefully get better next year. I'm burned out myself. After 10 years working in an emergency department I'm contemplating leaving the field. The last year has been hell and things are at its peak now. I have lost so many coworkers that have quit with 18 more leaving. Its now my turn.
