It takes alot of time for hypixel too register bc its youtube acounts that dosent have alot of subs doo they dont get reccomended to all of the hypixel staff so its simple

No, what is against the rules is giving away money to incentivize ppl to subscribe. So saying giving away 100m, u must be subscribed, is technically not allowed, although hypixel doesnt rly enforce it
Joining his discord for the giveaway doesn't incentivize people to subscribe so it's fine. It'd be different if he said "join my discord and subscribe to have a chance at winninh 100m"
