What the hell is up with your order durations? January for a Mirror saddle? I can order Thema right off Specialized‘s website (EU also) and they arrive the same week. SL7s are readily available in Germany also. Shouldn’t it be the same for your country?

Hey Rony, love the bike and videos, 2 questions as I want to build up my 2019 venge frame soon, 1 what bb do you run for the quarq PM with the 9100 chainrings?? Is it just standard BB with the correct spacers? 2. What is the brand of the valve extensions, as I too prefer run latex tubes but want minimal valve extension showing.. you got a link to where they can be bought?? Thanks.
What if you tried the jc200 inside the frame near the head tube. Or try a b junction in the frame near the head tube and run a wire to each shifter. I haven’t used a y splitter but they have always seemed to not be the best option. I guess this is one way the seatpost junction makes it more complicated, with less ports up in the cockpit.
i've ordered a carbon green sl7 back in august 14, they first said it'll arrive early sept but ended up delaying to late october. I improvised and ordered the Black Sagan sl7 56 that is in stock somewhere 500km away in a warehouse, now that frame apparently is stuck in the sorting facility of the courier because its oversized. WHAT?????? I haven't been cycling for almost 2 months now since I've sold my only bike. (sworks SL6 ultralight)
Beautiful bike. I wonder if an adapter would be available to run the Tarmac seatpost to add a bit of comfort? The back end of the Venge looks like a very harsh ride
Very good looking bronze. What kit does that rear derailer wheel come with? Very good looking setup. The wheel looks like a 10cm diameter wheel on the lower part of the derailer.
Is the computer mount basically a Barfly mount? If so, I guess the super sleek Carbonworks mount should fit. I have one on my 3T Strada and it looks super neat! :)
I'll stand rooted if this is not the best video you've ever done. Also you currently understand bikes more than women, which I'll forgive you for since I'm older than you. I could have told you right up front you were messing with the seat gods letting her try that saddle, and if she liked it you were never gunna see it again unless you walked past her bike. 2. I did think, when you said you'd ordered another frame, no that can't be what he said, and that you'd had more frames than I'd had hot breakfast'es. The Specialized importer must have you on his speed dial with your frame size marked on the wall in black ink. He must of met his yearly KPI's just with Ronnie, classic. Great looking bike. Only thing I don’t like is the bars. The bolts pointing forward into the air are not aero in any stretch of the imagination. I know it’s tiny. But really? Still have one after my 2020 Madone.
I read somewhere that the new Tarmac Stem might fit the Venge. Do you have any info about that? It should also save some weight and, with the Darimo seatpost, you might bring the Venge frame-weight down below the Tarmac.
maybe for the chain, he seems to love the cn901-11 for efficiency, i do love it too but currently not available in my lbs as its out of stock. however once my dlc is worn gna go back to da chains
Just a random question.. did you have trouble installing the turbo cottons on the rapide wheels.. I recieved mine yesterday and for the life of me i wasn't able to install them. I pinched 1 tube and blistered mi hands bad.. So i decided to go with gp500. Alot easier to mount. A
If you had the option : would you set this up with the 12speed ultegra or keep the 11speed dura-ace original set up (both with the orginal s works power cranks) . just need some peace of mind ;)
Nice bike! I also have a S Works Venge frame and planning to build it up. I’m thinking of buying the Zipp 303 Firecrest minimum tires width is 28. Will the Venge have the clearance for it?

Use a bit of dish sponge or something similar to cushion the junction inside the frame, I had a similar issue on my emonda but the dish sponge worked a treat
the bike is awesome, and I have query of size... I am in 165cm and I shall ride 52 according to the Specialist workshop computer measurements. But after read thru your comments, then shall I look for one size down for my height...? I am going to have a Venge as well. Many thanks..
Nice bike ron, I’m planning to upgrade to shimano di2 disc hydraulic system, can you recommend which is better between 9150 or 9170? It looks quite similar to me only the weight.
@@ronykuba tbh i really like the shimano system because it shift fast and easy to charge the battery but theres a lot of cables and quite finicky to route/adjust compared to sram axs wireless, sram easy to setup but only main problem is it shift quite slow.
@@ronykuba o ok..thanks for clearing that up..it must be very rare nowadays and probably worth more now..I love the color..its so sleek and subdued..I chose the S-works black/green/chameleon sl7 tarmac over the venge..the venge rides very hard while the tarmac was a lot more comfortable..very similar bikes though..

The length of valve exposed is spot on, looks good. I didn't hear clear enough to know the length of valve extender added to your rapid clx rear wheel. Is it a 30mm or 20mm on the rear?Planning to try latex too.Thx
Ronald Kuba Interesting. According to the Specialized sizing chart, your height should put you in a 54. Is there any reason why you chose to go one size smaller? Eg short legs, short torso?
@@ronykuba yeah but that bike carbon sworks cannot afford it too expensive for a poor like i have bike but the metal one a classic road bike but its ok but that bike cannot afford it thats why it for rich only
