When I watch these videos….I pause ever so often and do a quick chore. That normally I wouldn’t care about. Both of these girls are so inspiring. And…..I say to my five cats every morning as they gather to celebrate that mommy is up….”What’s goin’ on guys?”.

LONG videos please your my energy fix ,since following your journey my life has changed I get up great full for that day wash dress smile go out lol it's true all those things were so hard I thought. You changed that , Lisa is amazed at how motivated I am . Nothing changed disability,pain levels still the same But I have a regained zest for life Thanks 🙏🏻 so so much you and A are on my repeat prescription I even talk to my mental health team about you . Not only the way you are living life to the full and grabbing it by the “balls” but the fact that you have all this going on, yet you still take others opinions and feelings into account, just shows you are as lovely inside as you are outside. Aisha is a star isn’t she. So supportive. 💗 I think a mixture of long and short is good - I think film what you like and see how you feel. Sometimes it might not be possible to film a longer video even if you would like to for a variety of reasons so I would it put a pressure on yourself to get it to a certain length. Of course you will have thought if it am sure but I am curious if you could possibly edit the video you are taking down to remove the necessary section or is that section integral to the video?
Respect for taking it down if one of them wasn’t sure about it Emily! For what it’s worth I think all the footage of any health care professional you’ve ever shot has shown them to be awesome people. I’ve always loved how they talk to you like you’re a “real person” if you get what I mean.

I have stage 4 melanoma but never had any skin involvement. and on top of that in 2010, I was diagnosed with Stage 3B breast cancer. To be honest, some of my doctors believe that my current melanoma was actually from my radiation treatment for my breast cancer. But they can't prove that. And for this melanoma, I was originally misdiagnosed for 3 months and on a chemotherapy which is when it grew like wildfire throughout my body. but thank God they found the correct diagnosis and immediately put me on IPI/Opdivo combination. on the combination I did see a nice amount of shrinkage. But since, I've been taken off the Ipi my cancer has spread and I've been getting lots of different kinds of allergic reactions and signs that it might be time to stop this med too. I've been watching your videos for a few days now. You are such an inspiration. especially how you are using nutrition and exercise to motivate and keep you healthy. I do have one question though, I noticed that you were on Ipi, but have you been on Opdivo yet? Perhaps you have already tried it, but maybe I didn't get to that video yet. anyway if you have I'm wondering how your body reacted to it. And if not, is there a reason why you haven't tried it yet?

Wow that’s great your back to work. I haven’t been able to work in over 3 years. I miss working. But from all the chemo I have so much body pain and fatigue. But can’t wait to get back to being human again.

I enjoy long ones and short ones. To me, it’s about how you feel. If you did longer ones, there may be less vids weekly, which I would miss. Congrats on going back to work....even if only for 1 day per week. It’s all in perspective. 🤷🏻♀️
I love long vlogs but if that means they may be fewer uploads, then I'd prefer shorter ones and see more of them. Shame you had to remove that vlog. Maybe you just cut out that clip out and re upload?! I may be wrong but i'm assuming it's part where Peta was talking and the other staff member was being a little rude and kept talking over her. I understand the reasons for removing it though and at least you still have the footage to look back on yourself. Also, I went to Nandos with my mum the other day and it made me think of you and Aisha 😊

Long or short vlogs, both are great! Whatever suits your mood. Too bad you have to remove the video, perhaps you could just edit out the portion with that person in it and reupload it?
I think it depends on what you are discussing... this one was a nice daily catchup length, but when you have the need for a longer one, I like those too... what ever you are doing, you are doing it well 💕

Eat those egg yolks more often Emily! All the nutrients are in the yolks. That choline is good for your brain. I like long videos but I also like the more frequent uploads, so I suppose it’s a trade off. Basically the more Emily the better!
Follow your journey and think both you and Aisha are amazing people. Have you ever heard the song Rise Up by Andra Day? I absolutely love the song and every time I listen to it it really reminds me of you both. You should listen to it and hopefully you’ll see what I mean ☺️.
