Why I have yet to play powered by the apocalypse. 

People should play whatever they feel most comfortable with and what they enjoy the most.

Each fandom’s loudest members are the worst regardless of medium. Avoided watching anime for years for the same reason. Finally found some people I could jive with and got into it a bit. PbtA works well just as any rpg. Its all about preference.
