Great video!! I’m doing my first 25 k trial race here in Arkansas this Saturday. My goals this year is to get 3:30 marathon and a sub 20 minute 5k. I would like to get into ultras as well. It seems like very inspiring to run one. Thank you for sharing!!

Will you be integrating your Higher Running Training Plans into Coros training hub? I envision being able to purchase a plan and having it automatically in Coros and us being able to have it sync to our Coros watches. Thanks to you and Sage for best running content.
That's a good question that we're not sure about yet. Sage is actually the only one sponsored by Coros and he's tested out the Training Hub a little, but I have yet to do so. It's not exactly the same, but our premium members have access to our plans on Training Peaks and Training Peaks does have a feature to upload all runs to your watch. We both appreciate you watching our videos!
Love the low desk. I used to have a coffee table that I used in the same way, though more so as a kitchen table. It worked great; I could stretch my legs out or sit cross legged. So much better than a regular chair, which feels like punishment to me!
Great to see you thriving in your new setup. Always good to challenge convention if it doesn't support you. I'd be interested in hearing about which books you turn to for reference/guidance whether for training, nutrition, inspiration, motivation, etc.

Happy New Year to you and Sage :) Glad I saw this and it sounds like you'll have a video up soon of you guys in HI. I've been there; lovely isn't it? Every year I do the Dry January challenge. I recently decided to go for a No Social Media February challenge lol. I'm including RU-vid in the challenge but it may be tough to not peek onto your and Sage's channels :) Probably my biggest goal this year is to be consistent with training. I'd like to be fit and healthy enough to do a 1/2M towards the end of the year. I've been letting my personal challenges and the challenges our country has been facing - get to me. I get so down in the dumps and then start skipping workouts. Need to get some joy back!
2022 goals so far: Smith Rock 50K, Quebec Mega Trail 110K, and CCC if I'm drawn next week (third time's a charm). Hope to see you and Sage in Chamonix. How about a contest of when you hit 100K subscribers? Winner gets the new Higher Running hat? November 5, 2022 is my guess.
As a former Ski School Director, it is great to see you out on the slopes. Also as a former Ski School Director, I can say that I concur that it is not usually a good idea to teach your significant other. We even avoid it within the profession. Your relationship with Sage is a bit different however as you do coach each other with running, so there is a coaching relationship to build off of as well. Just remember however, skiing can often put you in positions that are more stressful, and feel less controlable, than other sports. That it is usually a good idea to have a pro help you that does not have an emotional attachment when a calm and cool demeanor is needed. Keep at it! Have fun with it. It is supposd to be fun. And I can't wait to see more of your always helpful running videos. :)
Hello Coach Sandi! I was wondering how do you maintain (or do you?) speed you develop during winter when you return to building your base in spring? Do you continue to still work on speed during your spring base building?

I am looking for something very similar so I'm curious if this was made for a floor sitting desk or did you buy it as something else and made it work for this situation. Thank you! :)
Hi Christy! Do you mean the chair or the rug? I just searched for "floor chairs" on Amazon and eventually found this one. Then I searched for 4 x 6 plush rugs.
