This is just a wonderful video. Very useful. I especially found the discussion of the paper for swatching very useful. I usually go to the manufacturer’s website to see the full line of the item. And, I always try to get my hands on a physical copy of their brochure. This usually helps me see the colour more accurately for the ones I don’t yet have. Those birds are gorgeous too! I’ll be watching the video where you assemble the entire piece next.

I have the same thing. Not a dedicated notebook, but I make these lists in the current notebooks I am using for art ideas. I was thinking of making a dedicated sketchbook, but I cannot be bothered to redo the ones I already have. Plus I am trying not to buy stuff anymore and use what I have.
