My assessment test of Capgemini held on 29 April . I completed all 4 round and got work style report in 10 min. How many days they will take to send interview mail
It is different for different batch . Organization doesn't have single unit or single batch to access, so be patience, if yu are not rejected and pretty sure about the interview and all what u have given and all . Just for loi and joining. Capgemini is very big mnc it takes time to on-board there candidate

Very hectic and wrost company, no support, no planning for any new project. They even hire someone who doesn't match with skillset and put hectic load ..very very wrost..no work life balance

I have recently resign . Its easy to Post things you know over internet. If you are not good in tech you should not be working anywhere. Only hikes i can say she might not be satisfied with. But guys if you are technically good uh know technical stuffs better capgemini is the place for uh. In my team new resources who already spent 2 years under training they consider there-self as fresher and has no basic clear concepts and still working there somehow. They just learn to crack interview not to be productive. once they are in project they forget to up skills . When i put my paper my HR came to retain me as i was a critical resource leading 4 major project.

@Deepika K S Arrey yaar, yesterday I had to prepare a report and send it over to clients, only to have a lot of comments inserted.. How can we say that the KT is improper and no one in the team is helpful 💀 A few months , then I'm out.. 🤣
@Deepika K S one thing I noticed is that, for some when KT starts, work transition doesn't even end.. But some others are sitting with lots of free time.. I wish the tasks are properly allocated.

For its not case, we have very good work life balance, we never extend working hours, client for is very nice, he know what is practically possible and what is not So all and all, everything is fine for me
