Everything depends upon your state of mind. Money or happiness. When you need money, you switch. When you are happy and satisfied with your company, money is not your priority. Whatever you choose, your choice will always be made on what situation makes you do so.

I'm a poor student who never was eligible for these dream companies because of my backlogs. I completed my engineering in 5.5 years, obviously no good company would have taken a student like me. I somehow got into a call centre in Wipro. Didn't like it. Kept seeing my friends and peer do their jobs at CTS, Infosys, Accenture. I tried a lot but ultimately gave up and somehow now surviving as a PO in a Govt. Bank. Many of you'd be like why am I writing this? It's just because I wanted to talk about it and share this. Now, I have unquestionable job security, decent salary, great work-life balance, reputation, everything poor people like me would wish for a perfect life. But I'm bored. I still am watching this, and other videos because the names like Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS still are like dream work places for me. Nevertheless, may be in some other life where I won't waste my engineering life drinking and instead study hard and hopefully get a dream job.

End of the day it's all about money 😂😂

The same things happened with me.. i worked with Infosys for 2 years and then moved in Accenture and now i miss employee satisfaction and work flaxibilities which i experienced in Infosys. Yours points are absolutely true i also think in that way but at the end every companies have its culture and work environment. You made me remember my days in Infosys. Have a blissful life ahead..

I left Accenture because my role says, Graphics Designer but during my 3 months. I realized that there is no such as 'Creativity". I don't care about salary I care about my skills. I left Accenture instantly under my probation.

I work with both of this companies .But i was not satisfied the salary i was getting . So i left and open my own business . Today i am very much successful in that .

I recently left Infy, and going to Canada for higher studies, you just reminded me of every good thing Infy gave me, from Mysore till now, thanks. Hope to meet you someday.

These are software 'sweat' shops and they are popular in india only because of the hype created by parents. They just provide service at dead cheap rates to global clients and eventually pressurise the resources to deliver with very tight timelines. In the event that the resource is not 'billed' or not making money for the company they are just chucked out. The jobs are not 'permanent' and it is more like a contract job with less pay.

So True. Last point was the only thing why I thought of my masters. Else it is the best campus you can ever be

I recently Joined Accenture on Level 12 Sub Level 2 in Record to Report Process and one thing i want to say to everyone should work in MNC like this once in a whole life time.

When you said that I hope you are done with your placements because everyone got placed at end of October or something.I literally cried because I am unplaced till date.

Accenture paying less salary wages.. no personal life.. too much long working hours..also less breaks

I joined Infosys as A campus Recruited from MBA campus Back in 2006 and been with Infosys for 9 years before I made a switch in US . I am from the Sales Function . When my friends in Microsoft are struggling in Green Card Queue with an MS Degree for ages, i got it in 2 years a and Being Manager my GC was Filed immediately under EB1 category . From 2015 till Mid 2018 was with EY in sales at Chicago office . But I Rejoined My Alma Mater Infosys Back . In Infosys one Needs to have patience 2) Need to speak up after spending 3 years in a Role or Technology and then slowly Things fall in Place . To me getting in US through Student Visa is No more an Easiest back door Route anymore as US has declared Niche skills to be Only accepted for Green Card Based H1B renewals 2) Niche skills needs to have an Under Graduate Degree in same subject . Infosys has made me Travel and see Extensively Round the Globe that I became a Travel Blogger on Trip Advisor what is Not possible ever if One joins in US is a Transfer posting to Istanbul and Tokyo .Infosys has given me all those and Finally I have spent Few Months in Your Canada as well in the Beautiful Garden city Montreal the French Canada..🤓🤓🤓🤓

Your experience with INFOSYS is truely the same, as it is most of the people. Unless, you do not get the project fulfilling your aspirations, or you think your salary is less after a long period of time, yiu will only continue to Be in INFOSYS. As of now INFOSYS, is the best employer, if u want to work in 🇮🇳 India. What it has, which others do not have, is world class infrastructure in Campus across india, world biggest corporate training center, RESPECT from the society, your peers,and PRIDE to be in an Iconic and historic organization which has contributed to make India no. 1 in IT world.

Infosys is such a co where u grow with time along with your skills technology n salary. It's the best company to start up once career and end up too. But for a long run it's not advisable bcz of financial growth. Priyanka u said many things about Infosys but hardly utter few words for Accenture. I hope that's ur present co.. anyways just one suggestion to everyone if u start loving what u do then for whom u r doing hardly matters... Follow ur passion, Brand n money will follow u up👍👍

Notice period of 3 months is just too much for anyone. In current world of opportunities why you don't let anyone go with free will. if anyone has decided to leave you then there is a will to leave you which is clear ask person serving notice period he/she just only wish for one thing get just get this job done and dusted. Inside anyone's heart that's the true feeling.

I have 13 years experience in IT. If you join in Accenture it will suck your blood. One should work at least 13 hours in a day. I am fed up with this company in one year. You will not get time to eat food also. By god grace I got another opportunity, today I resigned from this worst company . I have to spend 89 more days in this company😢.

Hi Priyanka, I have completed B.SC IT and then I was selected in Wipro and Tech Mahindra but I couldn't join both due to their joining letter being sent late around a year and till then everyone was in stress, I had applied for MCA and my entrance cleared and I am truly currently doing MCA, My biggest fear is as u said programming skills, I am really not good in it, Can u please tell me how or what is the scope of students like me who r not good at programming skills in these companies, I am really confused. Please guide me

It's also a fact that startup companies don't provide job security. One of my senior from NSIT, was offered a job at an startup of 12 LPA, but later they didn't even give him the joining letter .

I would not at all recommend most of the IT services companies in India. They are just there to suck everything out of you and soon you will find yourself on the mediocre belt. Rather, join any potential startup or product company.

I joined as a lateral but got frustrated and resigned after about 3 yrs. It's good for freshers but if you have a keen interest in working on new technologies and expanding then this is a wrong place to be. The three month long notice period helped me to introspect, do some self learning and prepare and crack job interviews, so no regrets there ;)

Don't think Deloitte or Mu-Sigma for that matter comes in league as Microsoft or Google.. Secondly if you are choosing a company to work for just because you are gonna for higher studies after 2-3 years then it's better you go for that immediately as 2-3 years is not gonna add much any ways .Regarding M.Tech well you are gonna join back at almost the same salary after 2 years or probably less than what you would be earning with experience and switch . All service based companies have a Notice Period of 3 months in India by the way .

Let me tell you the real cons.I know it because I am working in one f the MNCs : You can relate more or less to every MNCs out there: 1-----Less salary. 2------You will learn a lot in their trainings but you will not get chance to implement them.so all learnings wasted 3-----You will be on bench for initial phase of your career Which is the most crucial phase & which will decide where will your career be going to go. 4--------once you are in your projects ,no matter you like it or not, you have to be it in there for atleast 2-3 yrs.After that rest of the year because even if you able to switch you will have experience of working in that technology only . 5------You will find good campus only in their training centres .As I am living in Bangalore,I am not able to find large campuses for most of MNCs.. 6--------And last and the most important one,if your ambitions are high , never join these companies ..
