Hi. I have joined tcs on 5 th April 2021. Now I have decided to resign and so applied for resignation on 27 th January 2022, so that I can serve my notice period till 27 th April 2022 and then leave TCS. I have watched your video and after that only, I have applied for reignation. But now the HR is stating that I can only resign after 5 th April 2022, and serve notice period till July 2022 or else I need to pay the fine amount of 50k. But in this video you are stating that we can apply resignation after 9 months and serve notice period for 3 months, so that we can skip that fine amount. I think what you have said in this video is wrong or may be the HR is wrong. Could you please check on this and let me know in tbe reply. If the HR is correct and you are wrong please update that in new video or someone like me get confused. This is my 10 th month in TCS. Otherwise the video is very informative. Thank you.

Hi Sakshi, I joined TCS in March, 2022. I wanted Python/Data analyst role but I am assigned to a Java support role. I don't have much knowledge about java as I've been learning Python since my College. I requested my team lead to change the profile, but he didn't. I am not interested in this profile, but I have to complete 1 year. Right now, I am brushing up my Data Analytics skills while working on my project, and I am thinking to resign in Dec, 22. I want to know that how hard it will be to switch to a completely different role after completion of 1 year? Please Help.
