Initially found your video on Muirfield and then stumbled upon this one, too. You’re doing good work and it’s nice to hear of your pursuit of passion. I’ll be fortunate to play this curse on our trip in October as well. Trying to find other courses we’ll play on your channel. Thanks for your work.
Couldn't agree more with your sentiments on this course, First class genuine hospitality & a world class track. A cross between Kingsbarns and dornoch? With room off the tee for playability and exceptional views and vistas but a higher demand for strategy and challenging short game shots.
Really love this video, and I especially love the part about pursuing passions. Like you, I took a chance on a golf passion and in it has placed me in contact with a former Captain of the HCEG at Muirfield! He and I are going to play a round together once Covid ends. Keep the vids coming, Ru, and thanks for sharing a bit of your story in this video.
My heart blossoms every time I see the Moray Firth area. My wife has lived and worked on the other side for a while and so it is always a bit like coming home. I haven't played the course itself yet but I'd like to try it. Ever since I saw the Scottish Open you described on TV. Didn't Phil Michelson win that one and then The Open afterwards?
@@LinsklandGolf so my memories wouldn't be deceiving me. I don't really like Phil, his smile is too much for me and it doesn't come from the heart. It's not mine.
