Brother! You’re an absolute pioneer in this field especially with the combination to share your process and try to squeeze your experience into videos. I absolutely love it! That’s kind of the video I would have loved to create & it’s super close to my journey. Also the way of connecting the dots, the ideas and the passion are resonating with me on a deep level. Keep going & trust the process - you’re a huge inspiration to me on many fields ⚡️

I've replaced squats with progressively heavier sled pushes and pulls. Really enjoying it so far. It's been about 8 months now.

Great intro. Sorry to hear the 12 moves video didn't resonate -- I watched that about 5 times and really liked the ideas you presented and as a Canadian loved the BTO sound track too. That was my first intro into your school of movement and I am looking forward to exploring more. Thanks,

You might want to try judo Tim. You will feel so much of your body doing stuff that needs no 'artificial' thought. Yes, there is technique to learn, but then the body must flow. Judo; the gentle way.

He did not claimed that he invented this. He just said is passionate about Landimens right now. I surelly hope his passion will inspire many more people to try landmine. One thing you can not contest is the fact that the explanation is really good. Tim and Alex Kanellis are both promoting David Weck's "head over foot" ideas, so is not at all a competition here.

They absolutely have! Using David Wecks principals it seems Alex has done an amazing job. I want to shed some light on this way of using it too because it's still so misunderstood or just not discovered by most.
