You might want to try judo Tim. You will feel so much of your body doing stuff that needs no 'artificial' thought. Yes, there is technique to learn, but then the body must flow. Judo; the gentle way.

One thing you can not contest is the fact that the explanation is really good. Tim and Alex Kanellis are both promoting David Weck's "head over foot" ideas, so is not at all a competition here.
They absolutely have! Using David Wecks principals it seems Alex has done an amazing job. I want to shed some light on this way of using it too because it's still so misunderstood or just not discovered by most.
