A very fine instructional, makes good companion to your landlmine course. Should you run another seminar like this in the UK I would be very interested
Naudi is a cornball this goes without saying but you going into it with the mindset you did was your fault. Guess you not knowing what was wrong with your body in the first place makes me wonder your level of understanding. The benefit from FP is undeniable as it relates - - That's the beauty of the fitness space there is benefit in every system - It works as it is applied and so forth. I found it hard to listen to you as it seemed you added context-meaning that seemed outside of your own actual experiences.
I’ve been doing FP for three years with two different trainers, one working on dynamic and calisthenic type movements, while the other is focusing on movements from the pulley machine primarily. I used to need to have my joints adjusted by a chiropractor 3 times a week and use lots of anti-inflammatory supplements and it still wasn’t enough. Now I can go weeks without an adjust or anti-inflammatory supplements. When we view any system we need to look at the long term results and health of those clients. FP is the only one making huge improvements when is comes to scoliosis and cerebral palsy. A good way to think of FP is that it’s still in the process of developing and always will be as they look for the best solutions possible for the best results possible. Your results are going to be based upon the person you’re working with and your ability to move your body into better patterns and how often you’re doing it with quality and intensity being the most vital. Many of the top practitioners are running a top speed of 20mph without ever training for sprinting. That’s simply a byproduct and not the goal. Once you have high enough strength symmetry you can train in your desired sport or specialized movement and make larger strides faster while maintaining your optimal health of movement and longevity. FP coaches are not to be confused with any type of specialized sports coach ie baseball, soccer, tennis, etc, and never claim to be any of these things. Rather they are there to help facilitate your body’s ability to be utilized to the most optimal capacity possible. The issue here is the lack of understanding / knowledge of what FP actually is and what it’s best utilized to accomplish in the first place.
Huge shoutout to David, Tim, and the whole legendary Ropeflow fam for an epic meet-up! Learned so much, my brain and muscles are still processing the upgrades. The growth was next level - might have leveled up to ‘Rope Jedi’! 😂 Until next time! 🎉❤
booo hoo hooo Tim you are just salty because you aren't as smart as Naudi and haven't created anything of your original own ever , you got rejected because you wanted to mix it up with loads of new age-ism bs and refused to be humble.
Love this stuff. But sometimes I think how sad it is that man has been reduced to having to be his own , self educated zoo keeper to keep his own body.
Great video, was very happy to be part of it Tim. Last week dca on btc at Hampstead Heath, today full on scalp trading here in Muswell Hill on btc perpetuals market as fed meeting just starting and markets waiting for 25/50/0 basis points interest rate cut. Volatility is your friend. Every step stronger
This is something I'd see in a horror movie, a room full of people that DON'T TALK. I've been to many exercise classes, they are not like this. People will talk and show some emotion, like break a smile for example.
This looks like something I can try. As a truck driver, I am always looking for new ways to exercise, that doesn't take up much room. This appears to be something I can do on the road. Thank you for this tutorial
Huge shoutout to Tim! Just finished an epic ropeflow session, and my body is totally feeling it-in the best way! 💪🔥 The power of ropeflow is real! Feeling amazing and unstoppable! 🌟🏋♂
Out of curiosity I experimented with the moves shown here at the end of my workout today. I was surprised by how much of a challenge it was, I really enjoyed it. I shall be back for more - subscribed! :)
One question: does the chest fly actually works the chest while standing? Shouldn't it be better if performed on a bench to get a good stretch on the pecs?
Come on this is not a thing. It’s swinging a bit of rope around like a kid does. People are going to waste time doing this kind of exercise’ when they could do 10 press ups 10 sit up and 5 burpees for example. Next weeks new exercise ‘Finger curls’
