A blessed life is good but it does not define spirituality. What defines spirituality is devotional walk. The difference between a Christian and a Buddhist is that the walk is emotional and feeling. If a Buddhist feels good than its euphoria, if the time is bad than its time to focus on good. If someone is struggling with past hurts than its meditation and chanting in front of Buddha. this does not for past hurts by the way. For someone to forget past hurts they have to focus on spirituality in itself and be totally guided by The Divine Spirit. Christianity has the Holy Spirit Who a Christian follows and is supported by, and He extends Himself onto our natural spirit which is the essence of good. Buddhism mediation is feelings and emotions. Christian meditation is complementation and reliance on Jesus to helps us change our mentality and clearing out the mental decay system in a way that is longer lasting.
