Posting this comment twice cause the other video was two months old. I keep and breed crested geckos. Had this happen to my oldest male a few years back. Did the sugar bath which at least made it look less red and inflamed. Afterwards put him in a small sterile container just like you did. The only difference was that I had heard of slathering real honey all over the prolapsed hemipene. I had done that and by next morning he had inverted it back inside. I have heard of these incidents going either way 50/50 the animal gets better or not and vet attention is required. I'm sorry your incident ended badly and I do hope your eggs hatch. Please be aware that female Caledonian geckos such as your gargoyles as well as my crested among many others can save sperm from a single breeding and fertilize themselves over and over for an entire year. You will probably get more fertilzed eggs from that female if Fuji was successful that you can then incubate.
