Am I the only one feeling unmotivated right now at work? In this video, I'll talk about setting 2024 yearly goals and why this year I'm not setting a career goal for myself. Instead, I'm going to focus on using other strategies to feel accomplished at work with what I'm doing and find happiness/contentment with my current achievements. Every year cannot be a banner year and it's okay to take a step back and realize you may need more time to reflect and figure out what you want or what you need.
