I use my mask and really like it. I’m not too sure it has done much for this 85 year old skin except to help maintain what I have. It has helped hair growth for sure. I’m sorry about your back and good news your red light therapy is working. It’s so hot and muggy here, too. I have to go out to walk MooShu early before it gets too hot- and later in the evening when it cools down. I’m always reminded that it is better than snow, though!! Love your way my friend. Sandra

I have had this panel for 2+ years and it's still going strong. I use it for my face and the dec and for various muscle aches and pains. I love it more than my mask. I feel so claustrophobic using the mask but it's great for travel.

I purchased that panel last year, very same one, I use it for my whole body, I am 68 , instead of purchasing a helmet or a mask. I have been very very happy with it, I use it for my face, hair, neck, decolage, as well as my shoulder which I broke a year ago. This is just a great thing for all of us in my opinion. The greater the Love the greater the Loss, in my opinion

I’ve had the Mito panel for a few years and I love it! I prefer it over the masks.💜…I wanted to mention it’s ok to just close your eyes when using the red light only (just don’t do it with the infrared light). I’ll wear the goggles when using the red light only for about a minute to get my eyes use to the light, since it’s so strong even with the goggles, then I’ll remove the goggles. I have the same panel that you do.🙂 Also, I used the Roobas green tea serum for awhile, but after some time didn’t seem to think it was worth it. I will use castor oil sometimes when using the panel now, but that’s it. I hope you have better luck with it.

Hi. First time watcher. You are what I wish I looked like. I’m 74 and with so many wrinkles due life. Funny about your red light usage. My husband and myself having been mito for pain for 2 years. We have smaller flexible pads. We use them next to our skin. I hope it helps you as it has helped us. It doesn’t fix structural body problems but does help with the pain. Good morning Maryellen, I love my Omnilux and still use five days a week. I have a Mito and might use it a few time a month. However, I am in love with castor oil. I'm loaded with arthritis, knees and ankles.. I bought some wool flannel and saturate it with castor oil, wrap it around my knee and ankle and put the Mito heat on it for about 60 to 90 minutes. My ankle was so bad when I have a flare up that I could not put weight on and was in a wheelchair but now after castor oil with heat I am no longer in a wheelchair I can actually walk on it. My knees were so bad they would wake me up during the night, since slathering the castor oil on twice a day I am sleeping thru the night without pain. I have had A-Fib for over 30 years and never thought to call my Cardiologist. Glad to hear we're safe. 🤪 Maryellen, I love your videos, they are so full of information I can trust. Hi MaryEllen!! I bought the Megelin face mask, can't figure out how to use it so then I got their three piece stand alone one bc red light helps with pain (my knees sometimes). There is not one video on here on how to put it together, have to call them to ask how, I'm so mechanically challenged lol. E's court date was moved to late Sept, great, sigh. I'm going to go there with a Modification order re contact bc lady from DA's office told me judge is disinclined to lift the stay away order. Ridiculous. HiMaryEllen, I am so glad you spoke about the Mito red light panel for Back Pain, I was a nurse/ cardiovascular Sonographer and was injured during a pre op Echo helping a patient which has led me to 6 major spinal cord surgeries and suffer with Chronic Thorasic and lumbar pain that is debilitating often and have been curious about A panel for pain relief ( and of course skincare). Good video. I have same mito light panel. Definitely gives some pain relief for my back. Had hoped to use on face but started developing red areas and was disappointed. I’ve read that a few people get these with masks to so I may be the odd one that can’t use red light on face. I’ve heard red light makes hair grow longer but only lazer light helps with regrowth. I’m researching now as I need to stop hair loss.

I have Mito panel and I will always always have one , I have mask as well but if I had to choose just one it would be the panel because it’s more versatile. It has been prob 3 years and I have had no issues with it.

Kimberly from pretty over 50 uses a panel like that and she’s had it for over two years. It still works. And she also put before and after pictures of her neck that it has helped a lot with it that’s awesome.

I will be 65 this Fall and decided to use the Boost neck and dec on my head. I put it on my head with a stretchy headband and it works great. I’ve only tried it for a short time (I love the results I’ve seen on my neck after I had it for about 6 months) on my hair so we will see.

Hubster and I researched the mitro red light therapy panel and have ordered this. I had been thinking of getting a mask for several years but couldn't part with the money yet. What a great video! Glad you like your Omilux, I absolutely love mine. I have the face one and after my face, I put it on my neck for another cycle and then I place it on top of my head. I have had a lot of new hair growth doing that. I used to use the NuFace Myolift for a few years. Things got crazy here and didn’t have time for all that but I kept up with my Omnilux and my skin and muscle tone and hair have never looked better. That is all I use now! I’m confused as I may have missed some of your comments about the Mita LED Panel. How does it help your back? Does it help with pain levels? I’m wondering because I had an unsuccessful knee replacement In 2019 and the pain never goes away. Didn’t want to get hooked on prescription pain meds. So the knee is painful and the resulting gait to compensate has compromised my diagonal back and hip. I know you’re not a doctor but does it claim to help with these types of injuries?

I really should look into something alternative to medications for my back and shoulder pain. I too have A fib & am now on a blood thinner. So it would make sense.
