Sad to see you go. Your videos were always so good - great camera work, clear and concise instruction that was thoroughly explained and easy to understand. Best of luck in all you do.
I have found that I have learnt a great deal from all of your lessons. They have undoubtedly contained excellent content and conveyed in a superb manner, unequalled by any other single website. I look forward to your new lessons and wish to thank you for those already posted.
That's good news ! Keep up the amazing lessons and work Chad :) You are a brilliant teacher. I will always be there to support your tutorials on Facebook. Have a great day. Peace. Lio
These are the best instructional guitar videos i have seen in two months watching guitar videos daily. I'm a beginner and the music theory videos made things finally click in my head. I hope you continue with the videos but even if you don't there's lots of great material here already that will take me a couple of years to digest.
Very thorough and helpful lessons, from the most basic to the most sophisticated theory! I've learned a lot, and I'm glad you're "moving forward" again!
All guitar teachers I thank them. I've just started your channel, and thank you. May God endow you with blessing to continue this great guitar lesson channel.
Fantastic news! Can't wait for the new (jazz)lessons. Please more videos in which you show us how to actually play the theoretical points you're teaching. Thanks.
I was scared for a moment, thinking that you were quitting RU-vid. I learned a lot from your lessons, thanks! I started watching your channel after having played for 22 years without knowing any music theory and your videos were a great start for my new chapter with the guitar. I also happen to live in the Seattle area, maybe we’ll bump into each other some day ;)
Good luck for your project! You have great content! I'll move from my current online course to yours instead (beginner); your videos are much better, found the major scale video, and that introduced me to this video and website. Thanks!
I JUST LEARNED POWER CORDS BECAUSE OF YOU. THAT'S THE FIRST VID I SAW FROM U. THAT WHAT TODAY. A DR MINUTES AGO. I JUST NOTICE U STOPPED UPLOADING VIDS AND U POSTED THUS AFTER A WHILE. THANK YOU. THANK GOD, AND I MEAN IT, THAT I DISCOVERED U. THANK YOU GOD BLESS
I've enjoyed the modal pentatonic scales. They were more fun than just adding notes to the regular pentatonics. Say, if you can, is there a similar set of modal pentatonics for the melodic minor scale?
I'll be posting lots of free stuff on RU-vid like in the past. The courses on are site are premium and can be purchased without a subscription. Thanks! -Chad
We offer tons of free content but also premium content on our site. When people purchase premium content it supports us and allows us to continue offering lots of free content. Thanks! -Chad
Right now I'm talking about cats because unless you can understand things at really fast speed, you have no idea what I'm talking about. I'm talking as fast as the micromachine guy from the 80s when I was a kid, but that was a long time ago. And what you really need to know, the only thing that really matters in this whole video is that when I was in 3rd grade I ...........
Very interesting. So, the takeaway is that 3rd grade was traumatic for you. When's that video coming out...it's been two years! Oh well, since I'm here I guess I'll go learn guitar...
