about them "finally" making changes to mages; Mages have actually been fluid for a while, and played more like the magic knight archetype of characters, but with faster casting when done in the middle of a combo. The *main* things that are new with Arise is the fact Rinwell can not only move while casting, but also store the spell she's currently casting to throw out later. Though based on her arte exhibition, the movement might not even be necessary with how fluid her combos look

I also don't usually play as mages. They can be somewhat boring to play as since they are slower. It is also easier to get combos going when you play as a fighter I think. But I can't wait to play Tales of Arise!
