Edit: I realized that I'm lucky I have my parents to support me in my studying. Some of the childrens and teens can't study every single day so I must be thankful for what I have and what I can do right now... Complaining won't gonna complete my modules, so I prepared anything in my desk and here I am, going to start even if the odds of doing a quality work is low, as long as it is important, I have to do it, I love to do it and I should do it. My only goal today is to be better than yesterday.

As a productivity based youtube channel i would recommend you try using focus modes, espeacially as they sync to all your apple devices. Focus modes are found in the do not disturb button in control centre.

I Totally agree with you I came from a MI 9 lite, to a XR, it could be considered mid range android to mid range iPhone, the thing is my android was a complete screen phone with that little point of camera too, and the notch is not a problem considering that my other phone was 6.45 screen to 6.1, I really notice an 80% of people described the notch as a problem, to be really honest, is not for me.

I am also fully integrated into the Apple Ecosystem. I have an iPhone 13, 11-inch iPad Pro (4th generation), base model M2 MacBook Air and AirPods 2. Apple products are so good together, it is expensive but I feel that I am way more productive this way. My devices do all the heavy-lifting so I can focus on studying/working. AirDrop is cool. Handoff is great. Universal control and sidecar is crazy good. Continuity is really nice to have. Copy and paste is a must-have, can’t imagine living without it.

You should know that it's not the fault of Android (the OS) that it can not seamlessly send files to MacOS and iOS, it's actually Apple's decision or discriminatory strategy to make people use only Apple products and hate on Android devices. Because in Samsung's ecosystem, their phones seamlessly sync with their tablets, laptops, buds, smart home devices etc. The same applies to messaging, RCS messaging between Android phones is high quality and a better experience but messaging between Android and iOS is worse because Apple chose to make it so (they want ignorant people to think Android devices are the problem) because Apple wants everyone to use an iPhone. Outside the US people aren't affected by Apple's discriminatory tactics because most people use Android phones.

Good video and some good points. I was completely in the Apple ecosystem: iPhone 12 Pro Max, MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, and Apple Watch, and you are right, it's about the sum of the parts. But that is also the downside, because breaking the chain with any other device, weakens the system. I felt trapped in Apple's ecosystem for years. After 4 or 5 years I decided to sell the iPhone and MacBook and replaced them with an XPS 15 and S21 Ultra. I've been using them for five months and enjoying them. But neither Android nor Samsung are lifestyle brands and now I've been craving an iPhone so much that I just bought the 13 Pro Max. Interestingly I don't think it's any better than the S21 Ultra. The app experience on iPhone is typically better, but the OS experience, for me, is less intuitive and feels outdated. Good luck with your journey. :)

I’m not sure what you mean by having so many gestures to go back. In native apps (and most 3rd party) you swipe from right to left, which is nice from the fact that you’re swipe back over to what was previously there. The gesture to go back home (the swipe up from the bottom) is never just ‘back’ but always to go to your Home Screen. Maybe you’re used to just using the back gesture to go back to the Home Screen on android. But android has a very similar swipe up gesture to go back to the Home Screen; so for people used to that it is maybe less weird.

You don’t need that big widget to see the battery percentage. You just have to turn percentage on from configurations and then just swipe down and you have the percentage in the top right corner.

i must did the same thing here in cambodia,in 2021 i switched piece by piece to apple, ipad 11 pro 512 gb cellular,macbook air M1, beats airbuds(they are apple now),iwatch 6 and iphone 13(not pro) but for my main fone i use a samsung note 20 ultra,i changed for security reasons as i now live in cambodia my main banks are in the EU and i got warnings that somebody tried to acces my accounts in the EU via android,

I first had a family plan with iPhones and left the nest and went Android. I missed my iPhone when I had android, not saying anything bad about android but for me personally it just ran smoother. I'm now switching back to iPhone from Android in a few days (iPhone pro max).

The swiping gestures is the best on iphone, other android devices even micmick it. I don’t understand why you’re having problems with it. 2. As long as you’re growing you will understand that you don’t need customization, you’re not a kid anymore and all you want is your phone to work better on simple task that you use.

I bought a G1 (the 1st android phone ever) before it was released from a guy that worked at world of wireless for 500$ , I called T- mobile to get it activated and they ask me how did I get the phone, still activated it tho.

Lol my descent into the apple ecosystem started with airpods pro also. When i heard how amazing they sounded on an iphone compared to my oneplus 7 pro at the time I bought an iphone XR. After I bought an apple watch 3 and eventually jumped to a series 5. A year later bought an ipad air 4 lol. Apple has its quirks and flaws but the ecosystem as a whole is just pretty seemless and convinient enough to tolerate the quirks and flaws till hopefully more user friendly features trickle in. Thats not to say other good ecosystems don’t exist am just giving credit where credit is due. Im a light user so my ipad is good enough for a laptop replacement. It cost as much as a laptop but the portability plus the stylus support is a plus for me as i do digital note taking and am interested in digital art. The app library for apple is pretty great as well. Just hope in future apple continues to emulate more features already on android like interactive widgets it would really add to the robustness of the ecosystem

Moral of the story: You jumped into the ecosystem, it'll work flawlessly everyone knows. Nothing special.

I have been using samsung note phones ever since its first release like a decade ago i think. I just switched to iphone 2 days ago and I already miss my android. I dont think iphone and I are compatible.

The reason why iPhone's battery life is better is not because of the size of battery, in fact the battery of iPhone is slightly smaller than most of the Android competitors. It's because the amazing control of power dissipation of the A series chips on the iPhone.

I did the same. My 1st smart phone was the droid X back in2010. My 1st iPhone is the 12 pro max. I’ve had just about every Samsung phone between the two, and I’ve always felt the software isn’t nearly as polished as iOS. Never going back, that’s for sure!
