🧑🍳COOKING DIRECTIONS
[Easy and delicious kimchi hot pot]
Cooking time: 25 minutes
■ Ingredients (for 3-4 people)
Chinese cabbage kimchi…150~200g
Chinese cabbage…1/4
Green onion ... 1 piece
Enoki mushrooms…1 bunch
Firm tofu…1 block
Chicken breast...150g
Cod fillets…2 slices
Chives…1-2 bundles
Ginger ... 1 tablespoon
Garlic…2-3 cloves
Sesame oil ... 1 tablespoon
Sesame…appropriate amount
(A)
Water…1.5 liters
Dashi pack...1 bag
(B)
Miso... 4-5 tbsp
Soy sauce…1 tablespoon
Mirin...1 tbsp
■How to make
①Put the water from (A) into a pot, and when it boils, add the soup stock pack, turn off the heat, and cover the pot.
②Cut the Chinese cabbage, green onions, and enoki mushrooms.
③ Cut the cod fillet into thirds, transfer to a baking tray, sprinkle with salt and leave for 2 to 3 minutes.
④ Finely chop the garlic, add ginger and fry in a frying pan with sesame oil. Add the chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces, stir-fry until cooked through, then add about 100g of kimchi and mix.
⑤ Remove the soup pack from the pot and add the cut vegetables from ② to the pot.
⑥③Pour hot water over the cod fillets and blanch them to remove the smell.
⑦Cut the tofu into the pot with the vegetables, add the cod and stir-fried chicken breast, cover, and heat for about 5 minutes.
⑧ Mix (B) in a bowl, put in a pot, cover, and heat for another 5 minutes.
⑨ Place the cut chives, leftover kimchi, and sesame seeds to your liking in a pot and complete.

■Ingredients (for 4 people)
Beef…100g (sliced meat)

Sugar…2 teaspoons
Soy sauce…2 teaspoons
Gochujang...1/2 teaspoon
Grated ginger ... 1/2 teaspoon
Frozen spinach…50g
Carrot…1/4 piece
Fried egg…appropriate amount
Rice…300g
Grilled seaweed…2 sheets

① Cut the beef into thin strips and rub with 2 teaspoons each of sugar and soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of gochujang, and 1/2 piece of grated ginger. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and fry the beef.
② Carrots are finely chopped. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, and fry the carrots. Add 1/4 teaspoon of chicken broth, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of roasted sesame seeds and stir-fry.
③ Boil the spinach in salted water, rinse with cold water, cut into 2-3cm lengths and squeeze out the water. Mix with 1/4 teaspoon of chicken stock, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of roasted sesame seeds.
④ Mix 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil with warm rice. Get rid of a rough fever.
⑤ Spread half of 4 evenly on one sheet of grilled seaweed to about 3/4 of the way in front of you, then top each with 1/2 of ① to ③ and tamagoyaki cut into sticks. Roll it from the front to shape it and keep the end of the roll facing down. Make another one in the same way. If desired, lightly coat the top with sesame oil.
