I've visited Dallas area a couple of times and coming from a BIG city that has transportation, living in TX would be prohibitive. YOU NEED A CAR. There is no decent reliable public transportation in Dallas. A lot of highway in Dallas which requires gas costs.
I’ve lived in Waxahachie my whole life. I always loved that it was a small town and everyone knew each other. Now…It is too busy! Driving into town is the absolute worst.
Really just depends on what you're looking for. Here's our Denton video that has more info ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZGxF0uHDjKY.htmlsi=sunUXGnP9iUOTmcl
@@davidc3943 was that a serious question? Diverse as in all people But let’s go your way and pretend that black and white are the only ethnicities to choose from raising children I’d rather them be raised in a place that they will experience both as equally as possible , a human that is raised without diversity usually is ignorant and prejudice because of the lack of exposure also depending on how the child identifies the chances that he experiences racism is much higher if no one looks like him , Did that answer your question?
@@Fitafter50mamawow! That’s a pretty narrow mindset you have there. Racism is ONLY alive because people keep talking about it. But of course, ONLY whyte people are the racist ones. Am I right? 🙄
@@Fitafter50mamathere are whyte and black people everywhere. It is very seldom if ever, you find a town of ONLY 1 race. Waxahachie is the next major place south of Dallas. Know what’s right next to it? Lancaster, Duncanville, and Desoto. Majority black populations. You think waxahachie being that close to those towns, wouldn’t be diverse? Come on now. Slow down with your racism.
