Bro, you explained well, but the information that you highlighted is mostly about UI/UX. These very important no doubt. But backend architecture should be strong enough to serve huge load that can come example during exam results season. The companies who are building the software for govt should hire quality engineers, of course they don’t come for lower salaries. I have seen already how these companies don’t pay well to quality engineers. Now it’s depends on who is developing that government website, how much importance they are giving for quality and higher availability. 🤷🏽‍♂️
