I don't like the taste but have been drinking it, straight, since 1972. It has kept me well, along with a clean food and juicing lifestyle. Raw, Vegan, Live Foods, all the way! I never looked back.
@@Channel23--Awen I've been Vegan for about 40 years, raw vegan for 16 years - - but I began drinking wheatgrass juice in 1972 when they offered it in Juice Bars near where I worked. The owner said 'This will keep you healthy'. . . he was right.
Brian Clement March 21, 1977 !!!!! 😲. Old 😂 Me, December 1978 ✅❤️💪👱🏼♂️. 7 years vegan !!!!! I have oats and mixed spices and pepper and kiwi and apple and orange and papaya and A handful of peanuts or nuts. And then I have some tea and ginger and mint and hibiscus and chamomile and Fruit and Lemon and mixed spices and pepper. And I had the second oats etc. And then in the evening vegan curry with mixed spices, carrots and sweet potato and squash and lemongrass.... or I’ll have Mexican tacos or burritos vegan. And nori sheets and a little yeast. My doctor was amazed, my blood test is 100% ✅❤️💪😬😉.
I'm one of the people who love the taste of wheatgrass juice. However, although I definitely feel the amazing benefits of it, due to allergies to grasses that I have, it makes me feel a little off if I have it too much or too often. I'm not allergic to much - just Kentucky bluegrass and oat grass and ryegrass. Those are the only things. I suspect this might be the reason I feel off if I drink wheatgrass juice as often or as much as I'd like. I haven't been tested for that. Even as a child, before I had allergy testing done as an adult, I would tell people I was allergic to grass because whenever I was around the scent of fresh-cut grass, it makes me feel like I'm suffocating and can't breathe. Then as an adult, I had allergy testing done, and Kentucky bluegrass is the only thing I'm highly allergic to, along with ryegrass and oat grass to somewhat lesser of a degree. I would get rashes if rolling around in the grass as a child also. So, I wish I could do wheatgrass more often. I'm glad I can have it some though. It really does raise your vitality!
@Geoffrey Campbell I grow and freeze dry wheatgrass. Hoping to soon sell it as we also grow and sell microgreens. Looking forward to the day they address microgreens here!
@Geoffrey Campbell Not too sure about that, but I try to think forward as well as logically. Also, for some reason, at nearly 65, I can't learn enough! Looks like you have a lot of information to share as well. Thanks!
I take a powdered version with other greens in it & I get so much energy from it I wondered if it was the wheatgrass in it. It also helped with inflammation a lot but idk if that one’s because of the grass or something else in it

Do you know of any honest doctor in the tri state area because the last one I went to grabbed my knee and asked me to cough, then took a hammer and hit my nutt.
I chase mine with carrot celery and ginger....additionally I juice it with a little bit of parsley..works for me fyi ..the whole process is exhausting But when I get together with friends my age (66+++) seems like their on all sorts of useless drugs..not for me Been juicing since 1987
I will continue to eat meat, fish, cheese, and eggs and drink milk no matter what the plant based - vegan trolls or the so called experts and so called peer reviewed studies and what these video's say.
