#8 Both Eula and Jean was doing tea break, even Lisa know it , when the worried knight notify Lisa and Kaeya about it, Lisa just say how come they did not invite me and Kaeya just make a joke that tea break is a code for sparring which confused the knights who guard the favonius headquartes and btw Eula Entered Jean office with her claymore in her hands, so the knight was scared and think they were fighting but the truth is Eula just returned from her long scouting outside and just go straight to Jean office to enjoy tea. As for Eula and Amber grandfather, he was the one who inspired Eula to become knight, she want to join and work under Amber grandpa but at that time she become knight, he went missing. Many rumours say Amber grandpa "rebelling" or plotting something because he always play with Eula from Lawrance clan. After that Eula decided to find Amber grandpa, in both voicelines about Lisa and Yanfei, Eula say she want to ask Lisa help to find certain someone but after how Lisa love to make joke about lawrance clan cruelty, she kinda don't want to ask her. In voicelines about Yanfei, she say that Yanfei was smart and hope that she can help her to find certain someone which people speculated Amber grandpa.

You also forgot something about Eula's signature dish. In the Knights of Favonious, The Reconnaissance team is pride for the best rations since Eula herself makes these moon shaped pies. Some were but I thought I just added it for those who aren't aware that it's an acronym xD but all I found about the "Eula" name is that it is related to Eulalia, which is a Greek name. I think it connects as to why her constellation is from a Greek source 😅
I think it was a bit rushed and quite short honestly but I hope they'll think of a better role for Eula in the future. There were some moments I had a lot of questions when doing it xD
Fun Fact: Eula or Eulalia in long name means "Well-spoken" in Greek and it is very rare name to find one in our country(i.e. @Klementime and I lived in the same country which is The Philippines).
i think the connection to the sea also tied back to aphrodite in a way. Aphrodite was born from Uranus, after he was castrated by Kronos, who was trying to overthrow him, and his balls dropped into the sea. In a way, it symbolizes how she is born of both nobility AND rebellion.
