I think its because big companies are just trying to screw the players and get the most money out of them. Example: Suicide Squad KTJ, The Last of Us 2 Remastered, Battelfield 2042, COD etc. We Gamers just want fun Games, let them be great Story Games like BG3 or an Shooter like Helldivers 2. It feels like the Devs cared during development and made it so that the currency that you can buy with RL money can be optained in missions or in the Simple Battle Pass. You Progress when you play it, you can jump in alone, with randoms or with friends. Cross Play was instanly active and the community feels awesome ( i for my part help Low Level Helldivers out in joining there missions and help them progress) I just love this game.

When I first saw the currency and battle pass type system I was like hell yeah because I didn’t have to spend money if I didn’t want to. It’s super player friendly and that’s the name of the game. It’s all for the players and that’s where this game is amazing

Usually these triple a’s push out games half assed for the money then polish over months, even years. BF2042 started absolutely terrible, but it’s made good progress just lil to late..
