I'm moving to a new continent and a different country alone in a few weeks, where I should speak English. Lately, I have been feeling so scared and demotivated, looking for excuses to cancel my plans and staying in my comfort zone. Thank you for this video! The beginning is hard and the fear is normal. We have to do things besides fear to keep making progress in our lives!

actually, everything is always hard at the beginning. When you do something for the first time, it'll be so difficult and we want to give up immediately, but trust me, if you still keep trying, everything will became easy for you. Like me, I started learning English since I was eight, I remember I was so bad at that time. However, I didn't give up, and I'm so proud of myself at present🥰🥰. I want to share my story to all of you who are now struggling with difficulties. If you feel boring and tired, you can take a break, but pls DON't give up😉😊.

a deeply greatful for the video and the maker. I had struggled until i watched this video. I've pursued my goal but for a long time, i'm exhausted and confused. It's so hard and i have no idea how much time and effort is enough and i was rush, i wanted to achieve my goal as soon as possible. but as a results, it's the opposite effect. So deliver to myself and others are the same situation as me, just take your time, keep going, never give up , remember why you start, appreciate each small victory and make a clear plan.

I can’t see any progress in my learning journey although I keep trying as much as I can😢. I’m feeling overwhelmed and upset a lot. After listening to this podcast, I realized that I am not the only one who feels that kind of terrible feeling and I have someone who is in the same situation as me.
