In a nutshell, it is really difficult but doable. There are too many contents on social media promoting Canada as though there are jobs waiting for everyone who enters whereas in reality there are almost none. One has to be smarter, take up jobs that most people would reject, really network in other to get a job.

Hi Ms. MC, if I decide to start my own business, are my working hours still limited to 20 hours a week? Thank you.
@studyliveexploreca

Yes the rule still applies. You have to keep track of your time See here: www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/work/work-off-campus.html

Hi Coach MC. If I complete my 2 year MBA programme in 1 year only, will I still get 3 year PGWP? (I find business courses relatively easy).
@studyliveexploreca
@studyliveexploreca Год назад
Only if it is really a two year program. I for example did a two year program in 1.5 years. I specifically asked the college to mention it was a two year program, but completed in 1.5 years, in the transcripts. I then did get a 3 year PGWP.

Is working in farms or resturants gives a canadian experience or I can as an international students change my type of visa to work visa via working in small cities in these kind of jobs?
@studyliveexploreca
@studyliveexploreca 9 месяцев назад
The question is whether that work experience helps you when getting PR, and that depends on what immigration stream you will use etc. You may be able to get a full time work permit while on student visa, however then you should skip the student visa right away.

Hi coach MC! Your videos helped me boost my Canadian dream talaga but I need your opinion po sana. I have applied for 3 schools already and waiting for LOA. NBCC + New Brunswick- mura tuition 20k CAD pero 8am-4:30pm ang class schedule at parang and hirap atah mkahanap ng job non 😢 for Atlantic PR Pathway sana (matagal magbigay ng LOA) Lambton College + Ontario - less tuition fee 28k CAD with coop, maramig work pero mataas competition at mahirap din PR pathway (matagal din LOA kasi andami na applicants in waitlist) Norquest + Alberta - mahal ang tuition fee 38k CAD, fair number sa work pero parami na din competition, lesser tax and I have a relative there who can accommodate me and refer me to work. (pinaka mabilis estimated processing for LOA)
@studyliveexploreca

eliminate option 2, its hard to get the residency in ON since EE right now is bit high. NBCC yes you are fully loaded, my sister is actually attending nbcc she is fully loaded. Norquest is suprr expensive let me know we have other options pa for you connect with us here facebook.com/studyliveexploreca?mibextid=LQQJ4d

@@studyliveexploreca Thanks Coach MC! Di po ba mahirap maghanap ng PT work when being enrolled in NBCC and with class schedules in the morning like that? And additional question po... which city is best for an IS in NB? I applied for 2 programs din kasi. So I would have more options.. Moncton or Saint John?

The USA has lots of money, lots of jobs, way better weather and U.S. college/university degrees are more respected than Canadian ones!… Go to the USA! 🇺🇸.
@studyliveexploreca
@studyliveexploreca Год назад
Sure but its pricey if you want to get a half decent degree or diploma, immigrating to the US is not easy, The weather is nicer if you are in the southern states but if not, its just like Canada :)
