Hello Rabbi, really like your lectures and this lecture is very fascinating to me. My husband is of Jewish religion and I'm not but I know more of the jewish religion than my husband. I'm planning to be converted hopefully soon but I know it's hard to convert but in our household we try to follow the Jewish religion. My husband and I were married for 36 1/2 yrs. until he died last Feb. 2021. I do believe that my husband was my soulmate. But my question to you is, how many soulmate you will have in this physical world? In this case for me since I'm still alive and moving forward to be a happy widow. Thanks in advance for your answer.
Our Hollywood gives our young a false view on love and a soul mate and this unrealistic way is the big reason for lack of marriages and many divorces. Shalom Shmuli
As I can see, & it has been from the very beginning as well, that HaElohim brings a man & a woman together (not man himself), it all starts with a circumcised heart as well, if your heart is constantly hardened towards the woman you supposedly proclaimed that you love & care for, then there will always be problems upon problems, as far as soul mates, I don't have a conclusive answer, does The Torah or The Tanak speak of anyone having a such thing as a soul mate,? Again I do not know of any such Scripture to back that up, certainly there has been divine intervention in many ways or forms etc. I Hope all Had A most Blessed Sukkoth, Shalom Brother

One can not prevent from having kids unless it is very harmful to the mother or will put the mother in life threatening state. Being fruitful and multiply is a VERY big Mitzvah
