It's fascinating to see how Ivrit has developed and expanded for so many situations in the years since I was a student in Yerushalayim. I came into no contact with buying or renting property as I lived in a dorm, an apartment building with chaverot dirah, flatmates. The word nadlan is a neologism, a new word. From neo logos, new word.

I am atheist but your channel is divine. It makes to push me through in hebrew because it's challenge to get it with a bunch of new words and this is the ticket to move forward in the learning process. In the meantime duolingo will reach הנהש שותה חלב.

@@CanalSDR I totally agree, but that is a bit much to ask for most beginner-level Hebrew learners. If he offered the video's script in PDF form, then learners could do what you suggest while also having a way to check their work.

Todah al ha-sirton! Which is an average salary in Israel? (sorry, I'm not sure if you mentioned it)

Hi Esteban, The average salary in Israel is 12000 Shekels Though average is not a real reflection of the salaries in Israel I suggest looking at the the median which is 6000 Shekels

1- The letter ח Hhet converted to German CH ( KH ) 2- The letter ט Ttet converted to normal T 3- The letter ע A"yen converted to sound like A 4- The letter צ Ssadi converted to German Z ( TS ) 5- The letter ק Qof converted to sound like K 6- The letter ר Resh converted to German R ( GH ) 7- The letter ו Waw converted to German W ( V )

Regarding real estate? there are more 400,000 Israelis living there. Usually the prices are lower than the demand area

I understand why when I was a student, American-Canadian students were of value to Israel's population. Israel had just absorbed a large number of poor North Africans who had a different culture. They wanted to encourage aliyah of European background young people who would bring American dollars and American education and know-how to Israel. But why - in the current situation - is Israel still encouraging aliyah, with offices in the States devoted to facilitating the aliyah process? When housing is only available to the wealthy? The aim of bringing down prices and the aim of bringing in new idealistic families - those two aims are completely opposed and work against each other. You can answer if you do, in Ivrit. Too hard to write all this on my Ivrit keyboard. This explanation - is rather tragic. A tiny country, too dense, too many people. I saw how crowded the streets were in videos. HaAretz HaMuvtachat - what a sorry joke.
