There are so many symbolic connections between Issac and Yeshua that are rarely discussed because they are not commonly recognized. Our traditions and assumptions sometimes prevent us from seeing a truth that is directly in front of us. For example, Issac carried the wood on his shoulders up Mt. Moriah, just as you described and just as Jesus carried his own cross. But another truth, unseen but painfully obvious once recognized, is that Issac was not a child or the young boy our art and traditions tell he was --- Issac was a strong man in his early 30's the fateful day he and his father, Abraham, ascended Mt. Moriah. The symbolic truths are as obvious as they are painful. First, do the simple math given to us in the scriptural account. Compare Abraham and Sarah's ages when Isaac was born and their given ages on the day Abraham and Isaac ascended Mt. Moriah. Indeed, Issac was not the young child we see depicted in our Bible stories. Issac was a strong man in his 30's that could have easily prevented his elderly father from harming him in any way on that fateful day. What is obvious is that Issac, like Yeshua, freely chose to allow his life to be made a sacrifice for sin if that was the will of the his Father. Yeshua asked that the "bitter cup" be taken away him but ended his prayer that not his will, but his Father's will be done." The scriptures say that Yeshua could have called down "legions of angels" to stop his torture and remove him from the cross. Instead, Yeshua accepted his Father's will, drank from the bitter cup and allowed himself to be sacrificed to redeem mankind. Issac, could have prevented the sacrifice his father was preparing. His father Abraham was elderly and would have been no contest should Issac have chosen to prevent this planned sacrifice. We can surmise from the outcome of the event, Issac, like Yeshua, submitted his will to his Father in Heaven and he and his earthly father, fulfilled all righteousness required of them that day.

The tribe of Judah has returned,against all odds, but right on target with the prohecies and as a result, after 2000 years of replacement theology, many in the Evangelical Churches are waking up to the fact that they are the 10 tribes , Ephraim, which Yeshua said he came to regather to His name.'
