Don't you think you are going a bit too hard on Geto, don't forget he has become a special grade sorcerer and was doing so will against yuta and rika together also his physical strength and compat prowess was stated to be unmatched by any other sorcerer while his cursed technique wasn't giving him strength boost and he was only defeated by yuta because he used a binding vow with rika to go all out in exchange for his life thought rika disappeared afterwards and even though he wouldn't have won if geto had all his curses and uzumaki isn't necessarily a bad technique, I mean your low grade curses won't do you any good if you get killed by a stronger opponent and they are really expendable, kenjaku collected more than 10 million curses in one year which means if geto was serious about collecting curses for just one year he could have killed yuta with less than 0.1% of his supply and I don't want to be glazing here but he could have had some sort of a chance to counter hollow purple with the rest of it but I am not fully sure but he deserves to lose for being so negligent though. Man, I really hate authors for ragging good characters for the sake of the freaking story, this makes me sick.

If Megumi didn't fight Sukuna, Sukuna wouldn't have had Mahoraga which means he wouldn't have found a solution to Gojo's infinity or left Itadori. Personally I think Megumi did more contribution than Nobara (Nobara's still better written for my opinion) but honestly Megumi's still in his first year, characters like Geto has 14+ years of experience and he's literally one of the most favorite JJK characters, cut Megumi a bit of slack. Agree literally with everything you said, except the Utahime part, at least she doesnt just fcks off for a few months for missions like Gojo does, but her whole class aint something to brag about, Todo was the only one in her team putting up numbers and he was trained by Yuki. Kamo and Mechamaru werent half bad either (they at least had consistent numbers in missions), but their mentality just wasnt it. Momo and Mai werent even trying to get stronger, and Miwa who WAS trying to get better was mainly trained by Kusakabe 💀 I think good trainer for Megumi would be either Yuki (although I dont think Jujutsu High trusts her enough), or a hypotetical fully trained adult Yuta (but this is just a what-if). I think the best accessible scenario would be to send him to train with Miguel too, to force that weakness mentality outta him and get him even better at hand-to-hand, plus he would have Yuta (with his natural fast understanding of others abilities) as a training partner to help out with Ten Shadows

Yuta was trained by Miguel for just a few months, but his main goal while he was in africa with him is for the black rope. Gojo still trained him for a good year and a couple months, and gege said his hand to hand is trained by both gojo and maki, which resulted in him now being one of the best close combat fighters in the show. Hakari is also gojo’s teacher when he was a first year, so he’s not all natural, gojo was his sensei. Yuji got trained the basics of ce manipulation, gotta remember that teaching someone like yuji is different from megumi or hakari who are aware of the sorcerer world, yuji was unaware of that life and gojo had to teach him what curse techniques even are. I’ll give you nobara, but megumi himself I don’t think anyone would be able to make him significantly stronger, gojo has been taking him on missions since he was like 5, taught him hand to hand whenever megumi wanted, taught him how to have a better mentality, yet nothing. Even megumi himself only asked gojo to help him train again after believing yuji got stronger than him, what kind of mentality is that? He should’ve wanted to be the strongest version of himself for years before that not just when his best friend and teammate who only has a couple months experience finally became better than you. I do agree tho that gojo shouldn’t be a teacher for first years, he’s too much of a natural genius to teach weaker students, he should just focus on students who have crazy potential and the mentality for it
