Thanks. I tried turning my airplane mode on and then back off and now the call is going through. But the weird thing was that it was only like that to one person I know with an IPhone also. And I wasn’t able to get calls from the person after trying to call me 5 times and couldn’t get me. The other person too tried to call a couple of times but I was able to call that person with no problems. Strange thing but I see how it goes throughout the week. Thanks again.

Thank you I've been playing with this stupid phone for 2 days trying to get it to work I have taken the SIM card out but I put it back in while the phone was on the trick is to turn your phone off then put the SIM card back in and turn your phone back on like you said and that seems to have worked but with this phone I have it'll work for a day and then the next day it'll start acting up again but thank you

Hi,I tried everything what you described in the video. But I am getting this message "unable to initiate call, please try again" when I try to call on watsapp. i cant send voice message as well on whatsapp but I receive voice message.. When I answer normal receiving call , it says "call is failed". When I try to call someone, I see calling signal but I don't hear any sound and also "speaker" logo is off on normal calls which usually I would turn on and talk on speaker instead of putting phone on my hear...I failed to make call on faceTime.. I tried to make camera call on instagram app, it was succesfull but I cant hear person or they can not hear me even if we see each other on instagram call.. Do you have any advice my friend??

Hi, for regular calls, remove the sim card and put it back, the n restart your phone. For whatsapp, remove the app and install it again and set it up

@@mukhesinikita6801 It turned out to be a hardware issue not a software one, try to make audio recording (Voice Memos app), if it's not working that means you need to bring it to technician, to replace that part.

Hi, Resetting network settings will only reset network in your iPhone like Wifi, Data, Bluetooth and iPhone network, you will lose your wifi, you just need to enter again your password. Do not touch the other options. Your iPhone will reboot but but noting will be deleted, you will still see your pics, any installed apps and so on.

Make sure that your date, time, and time zone are set correctly. Turn Messages off and on in Settings > Messages. Open Message, under the Message settings, a popup message will appear saying your carrier may charge for SMS messages and select “Cancel”. Message activates itself after you have clicked Cancel. Make sure that your iPhone has the latest version of iOS, update your iPhone manually in updates. If not, backup your iPhone and then simply update. Remove and reinsert the Sim card the restart your iPhone. Reset network settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset your network settings (e.g. your Wi-Fi password will be removed, you just enter it again) If you are still having this problem, it's better to contact your carrier or Apple support

If call waiting is enabled in any Smartphone, you can put an ongoing call on hold while you take another more important one. Once you finish, you can go back to the previous call. It doesn't affect your device if it's enabled and if you don't use it

Hey, remove the SIm card and put it back then restart your iPhone. Go on messages settings and toggle to turn off iMessage, SMS and MMS then turn everything back on. Now test your text messages by sending a text message to your own phone numbner.

Hi, my question is, do you use call forwarding or not. If you don't use it, you have to turn it off because this will direct all incoming calls to voicemail. Do that first. then remove your SIm from your iPhone, turn your iPhone off for 1 minute, put the Sim back and turn your iPhone back on. Then go to Settings in Mobile Network and turn off Automatic, select your provider, you're good to go. For texting, the issue may not be on your end as far as you can send and receive your own text messages. To test your text messages, turn off your data and wifi. Send a regular SMS to your own phone number, if you recived it, then it's fine. Then tun your data on and send an MMS (picture) and iMessage to your own phone number again, if you received your messages, you don't have any problem. The issue is on the other end.Some providers do not provide MMS and iMessage over wifi, so you have to enable data and you need a data plan for that. You can check that with your service provider.

Hi, which app are you using to make video calls. Remove the Sim card, turn your iPhone off for 1 minute, put the Sim back and turn your iPhone back on. You got to clean up your iPhone and get rid of all unnecessary apps, stops apps running in the background by simply disabling Data Background refresh in apps (General). Try that and let me know.

My phone can call but it sends all incoming calls to voicemail as if call forwarding was on. When I go to my setting and click call forwarding it does that grey circle forever and the option to turn it on or off never comes up it just circles forever. Any suggestions please?

Hi, yes I think call forwarding is on since you can make outgoing calls. There is a code number to dial to disable call forwarding by dialing that code + your phone number. It depends on your carrier. Check your provider's website, you will see 2 codes one to enable call forwarding and one to disable it. First dial the number the activation code to enable call forwarding and dial the second code to disable it. A lot of providers use *72 + your 10 digit phone number to activate call forwarding and *072 + phone number to disable it. This might not be the right code for you, check your provider's website. Phone providers use different codes.

Hi, it seems like moisture or water damage. Did you drop it. Turn it off for 20 seconds and turn it back on. If it's still not working, let the battery drain by itself. Once the phone is off, do not charge immediately, leave it off for a few hours and then plug it to charge. I hope this works otherwise you will have to contact a technician to check it

Hi, Blue are iMessages sent from iPhone to another Apple device. Green are regular text messages send to Android phones. If I understand your question, you sent your text from iPhone to another iPhone.

Hi, I think it's a volume problem, it just disables automatically. If the iPhone's volume is set to its lowest level or the ringer is set to mute, then too there will be very low or no sound at all during the calls. Check and adjust the volume settings to your preferred audible level. Go to Settings > Sounds > Ringer and Alerts and set the volume level. Also do this, while you are on a call, press the + volume up button to adjust the volume to its maximum. I hope this helps

Hi, I have a question, did you make any changes recently. Normally phones come with 1 year warranty. You can return it or exchange it. That usually happens when you are porting a number from a provider to another but not with the same provider. It usually takes afew hours to go back to normal.

Hi, a question. Do you have call forwarding included in your monthly price plan. I am talking about the feature, there are fees of course for call forwarding. Restart your phone and try again. Check your carrier's website to get some info. Some carriers will allow call forwarding only over specific codes to dial. You have to dial a code to enable call forwarding and a different one to disable it.

Hi, if you are travelling outside your phone local area, you need to get a roaming package before you take the plane to avoid surprises. Roaming charges pay per use are very expensive, worse in a cruise ship. Contact your carrier by email or from Skype

Hi remove the Sim, put it back and try again. Make sure you have coverage in your area.

Hi, remove your Sim card, put it back an restart your iPhone. She has to do the same. Wait a few seconds before you can call

same i can text but if call it cant when i use other phone to call my number its failed also if i insert the sim that im using to other phone i can make call and receive call

Tell your person you are trying to call to reset there settings or you need to reset your settings

Hi, can you check your Sim card in another iPhone or remove the Sim card, turn your iPhone off for 2 minutes, put the Sim back and turn your iphone on. Wait 2 extra minutes before using your iPHone.

Receiving incoming calls but can't hear anybody talking

Go to Settings > Sounds (or Settings > Sounds & Haptics), and drag the Ringer and Alerts slider back and forth a few times. If you don't hear any sound, or if your speaker button on the Ringer and Alerts slider is dimmed, your speaker might need service. Or you can reset your iPhone to factory settings and set up it up again
