I've seen a lot of these videos explaining WHY you may have green poop, but none say WHAT you should do about it. I'm pretty sure I fall into the second reason, but what do I do? Wait it out? Tell my doctor? I have no other symptoms and this just came out of the blue for me.
I recently had very bad stomach cramps for 2 days and had very bright green stool.did not eat anything green I think I had a bad bacteria or virus. Now gone.i did not see that in your reasons I think you should add it.
If your having really bad stomach pain, please do intermittent fasting. Drink intermittent fasting. Stop all dairy,oils ,fast food, red meat. Go a week without these foods . Test your water. If your overweight,test your gallbladder. Even without diarrhea, your gut Microbiome is your second gut . 90% of Seratonin is made in the gut. Yes depression is from ( in my opinion) caused by a really bad Microbiome.
@ET Hardcorgamer thank you for your theories. My stomach got better after a day. I put ointment to lessen the pain. I don’t know how it works but i felt better.😜
I take vitamin D3 (Decara) once a week is it a reason for green poop. All the 6 reasons wasn't the my case. Or is Allergy medicine (xyzal) is the reason?
I'm freaking out because I got green stool for two consecutive time. However, I ate bitter melon for lunch today. I just hope everything is fine coz I have this habbit of overthinking things😭😭
In my case it was a hard and quite large greenish stool, not diarrhea, and the stool itself was a bit greyish, the toilet paper is where i spot a more green color. I only ate kale and brocoli but it was like 1/2 cup.
What to do if bile turns your poop green? Should i be concerned? What about chinese preserved fruits? Can eating too much of it causes it? I bought a bag of pepper black mango from a chinese store i ate almost the whole bag. My poop is green. Any suggestions?

No pain no gallbladder a few yrs ago Dr found polyps non cancerous this green is now a week long meds Risedronate 2mnths, Furosemide carvedilol, isorbide. B6. folic acid, omeprazole for a long time

@@mikasus9491 this means you are either eating too much fats or maybe you are over consuming protein / foods which are not easily digestable (non veg food).
@@udaykhanna1 well i think i was, but right now my poops are now normal!! its brown and solid. Its pretty weird talking about this but im actually happy my poop turned back to normal haha😅😅
I can’t seem to figure out what wrong with my son! He’s had diarrhea for about a week now. He’s 7 and couldn’t attend school because it was so watery it would just come out. I find the color weird. It’s a sage green color. He’s not taking any supplements other than a Childrens multivitamin but he’s been taking it for years. We did do immodium a couple days but didn’t help.
I took normix 5 pils then fluvimr first day diaria come back i took flagyl 3 days ok then dyarea again i took normix 10 pils after zitromax 2 pils a day for 3 days after i have green poop then i took 7 days flagyl 3 pils per day The poop comes some green some brown i stil took flagyl for 5 days more and the poop stillsome green some brown .and i am with a docter but please tell me what i do more to have the brown poop only
Thanks for the advice. Should I be worried if I'm pooping green and it's more like diarrhea the majority of the time? At times I get cramps while and after eating as well as farting alot. Also my body weight fluctuates alot more than usual. Any advice would help even if it's recommended to get checked out by a doctor but figured I'd ask a real doctor first before going in person😅
I had that issue ,almost 3 months now. My gastro said it's fine as long as you don't have diarrhea & i took facal occult blood test twice and both negative he said it's ok to have formed green stool , it's only a bile he said.
Why every time I eat Ubesal bread my poop turns green???.... Ubesal bread is a Bread that has a flavor of a Ube, if you don't know UBE. UBE is a kind of a plant that has a purple flesh.
I had a shit ton of blue takis last night and went for a ruck march on a mountain this morning at 0600 and only ate breakfast around 0900 and i just shat light like green. Ofcourse i took a picture too :)
