Instead of opening more physical stores they should focus on more warehouses and distribution centres so they can increase their reachability. This will provide access of products to people who live outside of non metro cities. Stores should be run only for vanity point of view and not for profit purposes.
why should nykaa be profitable. twice i wanted to order something and got more than 30% cheaper than Nykaa prices from somewhere else. after that i never visited nykaa again. stupid price margins.
The thing with physical beauty stores, especially in India is that they're mostly empty. I feel a lack of user research. I don't even get why nykaa's trying so hard to fail.
I'm not a share holder of nykaa but a customer as a customer of nykaa I had a night mare experience to order goods and recieve it on time not just one instance but multiple hence I have discontinued shopping they have to focus on inhouse logistics and ease of shopping and retain the customers then focusing on opening physical stores in every expensive mall in the town clearly they made fraud with the investors by splitting and diluting and dumping the stocks also their fundamentals are getting worse to grab the investors intrest as a listed organisation nykaa is a big failure for both investors and customers. RIP nykaa

Doesn't that prove that crony capitalism is killing the indian markets? Ambani and ratan tata has been enjoying the government's favouritism as it benefits both the parties. But at the end its the companies like nykka and other small scale businesses which are most likely to suffer and also the consumers as there will be no more competition to challenge the monopoly.
