Why is QVC’s shipping so SLOW? Why do we keep buying from them? Upset with QVC’s Slow Shipping? 

I always loved the first bags that had the water bottle holder on the side and the front of the bag has the zipper pocket with the credit card holders. It was great.

I LOVE Lug!! The products guarantee organization, and the colors/prints can be serious or fun. Just learned last nite that Vera Bradley is launching a Lug look-alike line. I live in V.B.'s hometown & even here, their products are waaay overpriced. Quit buying them yrs ago because there's zero organization in them, even with their more structured bags. All that being said, I'm a hands down LUG NUT!!

I’m tired of ordering items and after I order the item is put on waitlist. When I ordered that wasn’t said. That has also happened with the TSV. I don’t get it.

Very slow in their returns.

I never order from them anymore, it takes WAY too long to get the item. So frustrating! I hardly even watch QVC anymore.

I love Lug! I have a Skyliner in the olive green color and a Paddock in a color called pebble. Just as you said, I love how lightweight and organized they are. It's funny that you mentioned the slow shipping because I ordered another Skyliner in black on June 27, (it had a great sale price) but I STILL have not received it! The latest communication is that it should be here tomorrow, but I think that's ridiculously slow! I agree with you about the "grippy material" on the handles; mine have it, too, and I'm not crazy about how it looks, but it definitely keeps the bags from slipping off your shoulder. I LOVE your new weekend tote; I haven't tried anything like that yet, but I would like too. I have a pretty nice Vera Bradley weekender so I just can't justify spending the money, but I definitely have my eye on a few! Thanks for your videos; I enjoy them!

I watched QVC from day 1. I stopped watching and buying from QVC! When all the long term sales people got fired! That was the last straw!! When Kathy Levine, Antonella Nester, etc we’re gone so was I !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not only slow shipping but sometimes no shipping, even though they tell you it's been sent. Plus the wrong things have been sent. Too many mistakes on their end. I am through with them.😢

QVC has become very overpriced! Their products are meant to appeal to younger people who dress very casually! The glam vendors are gone! Amazon gives prime members "free" shipping and it can appear on your porch the very next day! Return shipping is free! QVC does not compete with that! I buy very little from QVC anymore!

I don’t have a lot of Lug pieces, but the ones I do have, I really like. After major back surgery a few years ago, I only use crossbody bags now and IMO, Lug has the best. I like the prints as well as the solid colors. Wish they’d bring back the original Carousel crossbody bags. They were small but carried a lot. As for QVC shipping, it’s really gone downhill. It used to be when you ordered something, it arrived via UPS and a pretty quick turnaround time. But ever since they switched to using the post office, shipping times have slowed way down. I’ve even had a couple of times where the items I ordered never arrived! I don’t shop QVC nearly as much as I used to and I agree with others who commented about the high prices. Too bad because they really used to be a great source of quality products.

I don't think there shipping is so slow. I don't have any problem with it. I love Lug items.

L u g bags are nice but I'm a leather freak I love leather handbags Patricia Nash has beautiful handbags I just like to ask QVC what day did with all the designers Bob Mackey's gone a lot of the other designers are gone a nation wise up with their shoes everything is sneakers Skechers and old lady shoes I buy all my shoes from HSN they still have good designers I have no clue what QVC is doing with their designers they better try to get them back

I love Lug for the design and quality. Just yesterday a volunteer at a museum I visited complimented the Trolley 2 Crossbody Bag I was wearing. A couple of other people mentioned that they liked the print, which looks like dog paw print. The print is small, so I'm amazed that people notice. I actually got the print for the navy color. While I was introduced to Lug from QVC, I had to buy that one directly from Lug, full price, because QVC only had a couple of ugly colors in stock. I remember when they were first featured and they had a large variety of colors and prints, but I didn't need another crossbody at the time. Before this bag, I had the smaller version, which has been discontinued. As for the shipping, I just lower my expectations for QVC. I think it depends on whether the items are in stock in their warehouses or if they are from the sellers' warehouse.

The few items I have ordered recently, shipping has not been slow. In fact, my item came a couple days early. I ❤ lug. I have a lug wallet.

Love Lug, but prices on QVC have gotten too pricey on all the clothing brands. Also clothing has gotten rather boring.

I like HSN better than QVC

I’m a Lugnut. I admit it. I have too many because I love the organization and that they are so lightweight. But…the shipping is atrocious. Longer for lug than other products. They can surely do a lot better.

I like QVC much better than HSN.

I can tell you're running out of ideas for videos. QVC is not the problem it is UPS and FedEx No one wants to work if you haven't noticed. I don't think you'll die waiting 3 days for your TSV.
