Well said Athar! I feel the same, although I carve in wood (and sometimes use colour!) the visual interactions with the letters are similar. The joy of perfect union between parts of a letter has few equals in craft, the hours of concentration are forgotten! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, I appreciate it.

I didn't know that about the letter "R". But in general, before I saw your videos, I never really thought about how those carved letters were made. And I see that it's a lot of work just to make one letter. I think they are things that as an outsider sometimes we don't think, especially since we are so used to put or write letters everywhere. - Ramon
