Vladimir Putin's latest visit to China comes as Russia's dependence has increased in the face of crippling western sanctions imposed over its invasion of Ukraine.
Although it's not directly supplied Moscow with weapons, the flow of Chinese technology and goods have helped its war effort. Western powers are increasingly troubled by this deepening friendship.

Russia is very reliant on European trade, it's where the vast majority of their population lives. Unfortunately for Russia they have also lost alot of allies in Central Asia which has forced them to rely more on China. China sets the rates accordingly.

They also refused to participate with sanctions. China just got the bigger pie of Russia's trade because China is the biggest economy next to the U.S and EU. China also produces most of the world's goods. Stuff that Russia used to get from the EU that are also made in China, they now get directly since the EU sanction them and their EU suppliers cannot trade with them anymore. Chinese factories that used to supply goods to EU companies that then sells to Russia now sells directly to Russia.

Russia didn't "invade" Ukraine, it joined the eight year war that Ukraine was waging against the Russians in the independent Donbas republics in order to protect those Russians. Russia also restored the water to Crimea that Ukraine cut.

China finds Russia rich in energy, gas n material resources securing China's needs. Russia finds China having huge market to selling her products. OmG. There are still supposed "experts" comparing the economies of countries based on nominal GDP. GDP-ppp is the only correct one... And the World Bank uses it for this purpose. Russia has the 5th best GDP-ppp on the planet, the 1st in Europe and is about to overtake Japan.

It is a PROXY-WAR ! Didn’t you get that? So the USA setup the Ukrainian military for 8 to ten years. The US forces their „ ally“- vassals to maintain and assist Ukraine. And all that ISIs bad and so many people die in this absolutely unnecessary war. Only to shift the NATO borders more east to weaken Russia. Whose benefit is this? Who is NATO? Who is UN? It is amazing how little western media broadcast this event!!!! Thanks to United States. China and Russia resources in terms of food, minerals, technogy, human power, market, security threat from other nations etc. are extremely complimentary to each other. The list is endles. When these two countries work close together, It will easily add another 1.5% to 2% to both countries GPD. For example, China could easily mobilize several millions people to Russia to turning unused land into something valuable. Another important element to this cooperation is that many other nations shall have greater confidence to join and cooperate with these two world powers. United States contribution to this cooperation is immense. Thanks to Biden.
