Just found your channel today and love it! I moved to Goodyear, AZ a year ago for flight school, so I’ll only be here a couple years. Originally from Arkansas, but just moved from TX. Looking forward to the cooler months. So far I’ve enjoyed living in Arizona, but I can’t wait to get back home! Thanks so much for the great content and keep up the good work. This is one of the best and most normal looking homes that I have seen so far. I want to say that the carpet gives it the vibe I’m used to seeing in the east, great home. As for the rent, it’s steep, especially factoring in high maintenance costs of the landscaping. Ive seen that style of home renting for 1.2-1.5k in metro Detroit and Toledo

I rented that Same model house years ago when first moved to az front living room is spacious but the bathroom right in middle of kitchen and living room is a terrible layout

I like this house. I'd prefer the laundry room be on the second floor, but for $1900/mo you can't complain. As for that wooden platform in the back yard, looks like it might be the base of a child's playhouse structure. Another great video!! Super, you do good!!!! Thanks for sharing🙂👍

I actually was born and raised in Ca. I currently rent a 3 bd, 2 1/2 bath alot newer and about the same size, umm minus loft. Oh and it rents the exact same as well. By the way I love your video content. And happy birthday to your beautiful wife. We saw the snippet of the wonderful surprise birthday party. Praise Jesus 🎉

My best for the wooden platform in the backyard is that it probably held a hot tub/jacuzzi at one point. $1900 is a bit higher than I would have expected. $1500 sounds about right for the true value pre-pandi. Two adults and 1/2 children could easily fit in this house with room to grow. I'm not sure about two older teens but 2 small kids would be no issue. Having a lawn in the back is a huge win considering how many houses at this price range and in this neighborhood have just dirt or gravel back yards. Overall the house is super functional it's just outdated but seeing how much you would have to pay for a similar house that was the same size but updated, this is a deal

Low ceilings, 1996 carpet, dated appliances + Cabinetry is not wasssup but it’s doable! Nice first place for someone moving to AZ or a family looking to upgrade from an apartment situation. I’m feeling the grass in the backyard Fa Sho! Can I make a suggestion big bro? Might be worth giving parents with school age children the D-Low on the local Elem/Mid/HS in the area! I'm pretty sure that was a sandbox for the kids lol. That's why it had the little handles on the front to open it up...but to keep the cats out. That's a big no at my house....we ain't attracting or keeping scorpions and critters in that bad boy. Thx for another great video Supe. ♥️

This time of year before you move into a place check the air conditioning unit/s. Escaping the heat is really a health concern. Also how much is the electric bill going to be $$$$.🙃good video

It seems that low ceilings is pretty common in Arizona in the older homes.

This helps with cooking and heating. The higher ceilings make it harder and more expensive to cool/heat.

Yes. That's nice. It's good to know that they are coming back down on rent. This is just getting a lil bit too ridiculous and some people still haven't recovered fully to get back on their feet. Wow, this is a great deal on a rental!! My landlord is going up on my 3 bedroom Mesa Townhouse rent in November, he isn't sure how much 😳. My God son's one bedroom in Mesa, went from 800 to 1300 per month 😳 He is moving back to Georgia in 2 months. 😳

They will spike your tires. Good grief. That’s pretty expensive!!! Before I walked in. I only like the backyard. The stage is easy removed. House looks like it’s been worn and ran through the washer a few times. The price is ok. All prices on homes will continue to rise as long as wages continue to rise.

Everyone let’s rent for 6 months until prices drop or move in with parents People need to stop buying and control the urge to buy in order for these prices to drop, people are making things worse by over bidding which in turn causes more damage to inflation

Low ceilings, old carpet, small bedrooms, cabinets and countertops gotta go! You right, a remodel is in order for this home! I’m feeling the grass in backyard tho! Overall nice rental unit for someone moving into the best city in the states! I have a suggestion bro, for those with school age kids it would be nice if you could provide the schools in the area along with the rating of those schools. I find that the better the area, the better the school ranks are! I get that Its due to how much property tax people pay that gets funneled into the schools but it would be a good idea to let a potential family moving into the area know what’s good. its very decent house for a decent price in a nice area, only issue I really seen was the carpets looked filthy....for the red wooden thing in the backyard it had handles as if it opened up, im thinking maybe it was a sandbox under there...

That house has some issues but they are minor. It needs new flooring, carpet and a new countertops in the kitchen the bathrooms need some loving also. Its a great buy so you can make the changes but as a rental as is, I couldn't do it.

In today's economic environment, the rental price is very affordable. You're right about what it would've cost a couple of years ago and that's around $1400 - $1500. But the current price takes a little sting off of inflation. Also, it's too much carpet. It gets dirty in a hurry but I could live with that. Before you sign the lease, have the management hire a landscaper to clean the grounds, saving you a few months of landscaping costs. It's excellent overall and in a good neighborhood.

It looks like another outside sitting area but a weight check is definitely needed. People usually build this and then stage it with outdoor furniture.

I could, like you said it's a rental. I wouldn't be looking for extravagance in a rental. Steam clean those carpets, it would be okay. The price ain't bad either.

Mr. Big this home really needed some upgrades, such as that OLD School Kitchen with the tiny Island. Brand New Carpeting Through out the house. I'm not a fan of White Appliances either. But it did have some potential, such as the Masters bedroom walk in closet. Well maintenance in the front and back yard. $1900.00 is asking a bit high more like $1400.00. It's not a Bad looking house.I hope the house prices to continue to decreased, Great Video.

In today's rental market you would be lucky to find a 2 bdrm Apartment for $1400. The $1900 sounds about right, without any upgrades.

It is a nice size home .. I myself wouldn't have the dinning room in the living room . That for me would be all living room for a older home I'm sure the owner could still manage at the $1,500 the $1,900 is a bit pricey. Ppl don't think 🤔 it's in ARIZONA SO HAVE TO RUN THE AC ... 😂 LOL this home would run anywhere for $200. + To cool .. most likely why it's still empty .. I can bet the big area in the back was for a above ground pool .. the other pallet type thing was probably for a hot tub .. but it looked unsafe .. thanks for sharing and showing us around .. trust me Tucson not must better with pricing . I would like a rental house in in a small rural area Whitmore I heard was a nice area, I don't know. 800$ per mo or less fence yard for my dogs a must 2+2 would take 1+1 if. Wanting to move to New Mexico (Riudoso) if you have those connections there or can recommend someone there that is my preference. Rental for 2 seniors 2 dogs

I moved from PHX to FL, lived in MI for awhile. Most of the places are now doing cookie cutter neighborhoods. I don't like that also there's more HOA's popping up.
