thank you very much. I know how to prevent this from happening. I know now, at least. What to do when cracking already happened? How to fix it, thanks in advance for your time and expertise.
Found your channel love your video explained very well. I had a question. I keep hearing everybody say using spackling mixed with baking soda water and some acrylic white paint. I just heard you say if you paint on a cheap canvas and the backing is not strong enough eventually the textured 3-D art will crack. Is there anything that you can mix in With the spackling to make it a little more flexible or pliable? I would love this sensor if you have it be very grateful for it. I keep thinking there’s something out there that can make it more pliable they say the white paint makes it more pliable but not enough! What is your take on all of this and is there something I can add to make it pliable to the spackling mix? Thanks ahead of time.
I haven’t done this yet but I do use spackle for work. You can put more on over the crack and then sand it off. The green lid drywall mud does not shrink. Think like patching a hole in your drywall. It’s the same stuff.
Hi Sheri, thanks for the great tips! Just curious, what brands do you recommend for resin? & also would the resin seep through to the front of the canvas?
Hi I’m curious about one thing. Can I re use the modelling paste after mixing with colours? If yes how ? And should I add water or something. I haven’t started it yet but I need to know more about texture paints before I get started on this. Thanks awaiting for your reply 🙂
I tried this art But i have a lil problem that i have used plaster of Paris and when i added water it became very hard. But after too much problems i made that and after completion cracks appeared. Plz can you tell me how to overcome with this problem?
