I improved my hair by doing all these things: Having more and more Vitamin C from orange, lemon, and kiwi, 7-8 hrs of enough sleep everyday, have nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also have fishes like sardines, salmon. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins everyday. Using mild, pure oil, neem wooden comb, massager for scalp by Littleextra Cooconion two times a week. This is good for hair fall control.
You are absolutely correct. I’ll add one more thing to your list. It’s taking a shot of real olive oil with 5000 mcg of vitamin D3 k2 and you will see a difference.
Thanks for the info sister, I feel like I'm getting bald there is so many hair fall in the the past few months😭 Just 1 simple question, Is there any specific amount of how many I should eat per day? ❤
massaging your scalp is going to stimulate blood flow regardless of oil. a lot of people just use oil for nourishment and strength since hair should be healthy in order for it to grow. a lot of oils do that, not just this stuff
I've seen ww put in on they actually hair then say they washed it out bc it was oily. 🤯🤯🤯 That really defeats purpose of the product. I so hope they see this and follow the ur video. I have really grown my hair alot. I LOVE MIELLE products!
I mean probably because sometimes they have thin hair so it would make them look bad. Plus I’ve heard curly hair is the dryest hair which means oil would do us good.
Yes!! But also make sure to use a scalp massager when massaging your scalp after evenly applying the oil throughout your scalp, the kind you can also shampoo with. Don’t make the dropper touch your scalp, that’ll contaminate the product. Just drop right above your scalp.
You don't need to do that though. It's like a conditioner claiming its really good.. but you need a hooded dryer to make it work. If its not advertised as needing a dryer, it's not very good is it?
@@giginsengx9223 Bacteria from your body will get in it if you put the dropper directly on you, then you'll put that contaminated dropper back in the jar which will make the whole product now contaminated. 🥰
I made my own hair rinse with Rosemary, clove, fenugreek and mint. I apply it when it is warm and massage my hair. I don't rinse it until I am ready for the next wash day. It helped me so much. It stopped my hair breakage and my hair became fuller. But the length is not so visible. So I am going to make the oil decoction using the same herbs. I won't spend lots of $ on a product that cost me less.
I felt that cooling sensation on my dry, irritated scalp! My scalp is real sensitive and this oil made it feel so good. Today was the first time I used it. I seen so many bad reviews and I am taking a chance. I do have nice curls. 😊
@@sarahrodriguez6307 Im a guy and just started using the oil on my scalp to see if it helps with shedding, thin hair and thinning hair. I know I’m asking for a lot😂. Anyway I want to keep my beautiful hair and I’ve started washing my hair with prescriptioned shampoo with 2% ketoconazole for thinning hair . It’s not so stripping but using it 3 times a week dries out my hair. Anyway the MIELLE Rosemary, DC is keeping my hair strong and healthy and I see less shedding. 😊
The thing that ppl need to learn most is applying oil to a dry scalp isn’t helping anything… The massages are stimulating the blood flow.. Oils are best applied to wet/damp hair & the scalp to seal in moisture.. lubricating your fingers with the oil to do massages is good to help prevent friction/frizz, but it’s not penetrating the scalp or cuticle 😊
it does lock in moisture but the only reason is because oil and water repel each other..they never mix...so theoretically what you are saying makes no sense...if your hair or scalp is damp...the oil will just sit on top and never be able to penetrate! Oil is a moisturizer not a hydrator...if you are trying to lock in moisture then your method works...like LCO method...but if you are using this to stimulate growth then its never going to absorb into your scalp and stimulate if its being repelled by a wet or damp scalp...ijs
@@anonisnoone6125 I apply oil to my body after a bath while my skin is wet/damp.. to my scalp the same (after washing my hair).. I apply it to the hair strands after applying a leave-in & wetting my hair with more water.. This works for me.
@@aamialeach7414 I apply oil to my hair & body while they’re wet... After a shower I don’t even towel dry before applying an oil. And on my scalp while it’s wet & to my hair after I apply a leave-in & wetting my hair with water again. Even if you say “damp”, it’s still wet & not dry. So ultimately you’re saying what I said..
@@TheNenaBrown I think what @UCVtK_O1V5qPKpNxEKKKiL6w is trying to say is that the mielle oil applied , no necessity to lock in any moisturizer, as it is meant for hair growth, not for hydrating the scalp or hair. Hence water is not required. Moreover, water on scalp/hair, might "block" the mielle oil from reaching the scalp and hair, since they don't mix well. Correct me, @aamialeach7414 , if my understanding of your reply is incorrect.
Thats rights. I had to get a iron infusion done and it helped my hair so much! I used to buy tons of different hair oils and vitamins to tackle it and they did nothing for my hair
Make your own rosemary oil🤷🏾♂️ I make rosemary/nettle oil, rosemary/peppermint, and rosemary/tea tree. All have amazing properties and making them is way cheaper.
Do you leave the oil in your hair until the next wash? I just made some rosemary, mint, and lavender oil . All herbs came from my garden. I don’t want to rinse it out I was to use it once a week to oil my scalp.
I mean it's mostly soybean oil (vegetable oil) and extremely small amounts of the rosemary and mint. It's way overhyped. Massaging the scalp is what helps, not the cheap oil.
@@imanzakwani219It depends on your hair type. If you have straight smooth hair then you can expect hairfall becuase its ment for black people with more dense and stronger hair. Im not saying white poeple cant use it, just saying it can damage that type of hair easier. But also thin 4c hair gets damaged too
hoping this works on my hair...i have recently suffered from horrible hair loss and thinning I'm chicana so...i'm hoping this will work for my hair type...i used to have really thick long hair and now sadly i don't within the past month....thank you for the tip
I used it for 2 days before I washed my hair but I wasn’t being consistent with it because I had a lot of hair shed when I was washing my hair so I got scared and haven’t been using it ever since.
You’re not bothering🙂. And I stopped using it ever since than and I stopped having a lot of hair shed when I washed my hair🙂 and I’m pretty sure it was that hair oil because I didn’t use any products in my hair but, that hair oil. And I tried several times using it again and I just kept seeing a lot of hair shed so that’s why I just stopped completely but now that I stopped using it my hair shed in the shower got a lot better and the hair shed lessened when I wash my hair.
I am so glad i found your video. I justtt recently started using this and yeaaa i was using it twice a week but im rockin postpartum hair loss and its justt my edges 😞
This product may be hash for some people with sensitive scale so dilute it with carrier oil or mix with conditioner let it sit for 20-30 min and wash off.
Hy, I use it on the ends of my hair , along with her pink deep conditioner at the same time after shampooing . Leave it both in for 30 minutes. I see a difference.your hair is beautiful 😍
Oh ok I see. I use it too. The black castor coconut. I put it on my hair for daily moisture. Every other day, I have seen a big difference in full & thick. Yes, that is what I needed. Everytime I wash my hair I do that lil conditioner thing.. my hair has a fine texture. Probably like yours.😍
Babassu & mint deep conditioner ( pink container). I love that stuff lol. I probably could get 3 -4 conditioner treatments out of it. I apply a lot lol. It smells soo good too. 🙂
Hey guys, I have dandruff or what I think is dandruff might just be severely dry scalp. But I’ve seen videos on certain oils causing the dandruff, will this make my symptoms worse?
I don’t recommend leaving it too long (more than 4 hours) oils can attract dust and things so I recommend 2-3 hours or max 4 hours for nice results after oiling at least give it 10-20 minutes before rinsing I hope this help you can ask me any questions
@@LethalLemonLime I never claimed it needed to be mostly essential oil, and am well aware of how essential oils work, as I now formulate all of the products I use. There are much better carrier oils to use than soybean. 🙄
Girl don't put that stuff in your hair I'm telling you I put in my relax her hair it messed my hair up I got matted hair now I had to go to the salon for them to detangle and they had to cut my hair this really changed my life throw that stuff away I'm telling everyone who's up here throw it away don't use it😢
it may work differently considering all of us have different hair types or hair conditions. Just because it doesn't work for you doesn't mean it won't work on everyone else.
Ok but question do u shower every time after u do it on ur hair like u said in the morning and night do I shower after using it in the morning and night
My question is if you need to wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner after every application. It’s not good to wash your hair everyday but if this is the proper way to apply, that would be my concern. Anyone can help?
Idk that’s also what I’m looking for as I don’t know how she applies it twice a day if you are supposed to wash it off a minimum of two hours after. But I did just recently watch a video that said not washing your hair and letting the sebum build is also actually bad for you since it will clog up your scalp with dead skin cells and some other bad thing is produced so now I’m just overall confused about the showering part of hair care routines😅
I bought this to use on my horses mane and tail since the equine world doesn’t have any decent oil treatments. I wash, condition, massage this into the root, spray a leave in conditioner, rub in a leave in cream, then rub in avacado/olive oil, braid and put in a tail bag. I do it once a week. Her tail is sooooo shiny!!!
It's water down I kno cvs I go to its always sold out actually I kept saying for over 3 months that I can't barely smell rosemary it used be strong oil not as thick no more then I found out its under new management owner. I just brought me some rosemary herbs from Kroger boil in water an just going make mine Mix in my oils 💪👍
