This seems to be the hardest part of this podcast to see and hear you said a little something about your relationship, confirming what’s happening really felt sad. I really admired Alyne for her strength and maturity towards her outlooks on relationship, it takes courage to leave but a heart to stay cuz if you love and care for someone you have to do it through the good and the bad you will always look for a way to make it work no matter how bad it is, ,not just when you’re happy and it’s easy. Yeah but people are different and have different views about life. Good if that works out for you but again your beliefs may not be the same as theirs so respect that.

You cannot give what you don't have. Don't expect on anything from both of you but hoping for the best! If your path crossed again, anytime in the future a small chance there is, I/We hope there is a possibility of getting back together. Its hard to be the one saying " Oh there is my the one that got away". BUT We all want you to be happy, and like what you said, if that means by being with someone else.. that will be highly respected. The end goal is for everybody's HAPPINESS. Going back to this, I think Nas and Alodia may come back together after they focus on self growth first because Wil know there's something bigger that connects them together. But again, this is up to them, not us.
Listening to Alyne and Nas relationship dynamics, I have a strong feeling they are twin flames. All the descriptions of twin flames fit the kind of relationship they have.

I agree. They've announced their final breakup 5 days ago, and it just feels like they weren't being honest to each other (although they keep saying they're really genuine with each other) and they were both a bit selfish (where they wanted what they wanted, not what they wanted for each other).

I’ve been married for over 9 years but together for almost 20 years now, with my high school sweetheart. Realizing that a relationship can end at any given time, whether you’re married or not, it’s a fact. These past couple of years were so transformative for my marriage, we finally understood that in order to be great together we need to be great individually first, self love is so underrated and it’s a pinnacle to a stable relationship, first with yourself and then with your partner. And you should never ever EVER settle for what you have, keep on learning and open to change your ways because life is not static, life is movement, and in order to move together you got to know your rhythm and where you want to go.

Damn.... you know as I understand love, it also need physical affection so it would grow to a certain level, I dont believed in saying a word "LOVE" just by literally saying it. You should show it by physical aspect of it and emotion side. Animals do it. every living person on earth do it. The only person that relactant about sex is the person who had trauma about it or maybe rape/abuse by force when she/he was young. but for normal people such as your self....its kind egoistic excuse to not do it to someone you love.
