Well i bought a camera 3 months ago im awesome at shooting videos and doing photographs..i made some cards and passed them out and in 2 months it sky rocketed i made 15 thousands bucks off of taking pictures..and after watching this idk why the hell i still work 40 hrs a week at a machanic shop when i literally hate shops and working on cars 😂😂😂😂today is wendsday i dont think im gonna come to work tmmrrw..this video changed my mindset on quiting i always thought it was bad but you have a good point

Money helps you satisfy your critical needs, this results in a general increase in happiness due to the relief you get from all your financial worries. This results in better mental state so you can focus on things you want to do rather than survival mode. Thats why happiness increase slows down as you reach higher income levels. At the higher income levels in turns into a question of your values, health choices, and principles. Thats my learnings from my own life but Im still learning

My current boss just offered me 16k raise for me not to quick and go to the public sector. Will that more money make me happy? NOPE!! I wish it did, but i want to go work with the government which offer better benefits. The money isnt enticing or make me excited to stay, is that bad???

Sir, I came across your video on RU-vid and enjoyed the segment when you were speaking with the gentleman from the Armed Forces. I to am retired and I liked the direction you gave him in using his military experience in the civilian sector.

Money doesn't buy happiness - at least not directly - but it does buy options and opportunities which COULD lead to happiness. It also reduces stress and anxiety which also COULD lead to happiness. Again, it doesn't directly buy happiness but it can create an environment which increases the chances of happiness.

This video inspired me to create a video about the great resignation. It took me about 6 months to create this on top of my full-time job, setting aside at least 4x of 1 hr workout per week, cooking healthy foods that take hours to prepare, rejecting so many night outs just to spend more time pursuing my passion while having so many people discourage me from creating meaningful videos online like this channel. As you can tell, personal development isn’t a joke because there are so many sacrifices to be made, which are often uncomfortable but knowing that there are also so many like-minded individuals who have passion for becoming a better version of themselves each day and who are willing to show support makes me more motivated to keep pursuing my passion for creativity and intense desire to provide as much value as I could. When I was a kid, all I wanted was to have a career that pays well so I can buy whatever I want but now that I’m grown up and went through tons of setbacks from losing tons of people in my life, getting lost in the world with full of life traps, being ridiculed for pursuing my dreams, having so many people tell me that I’m merely wasting my time creating a meaningful content online, and so on, I can say that long-lasting happiness can’t be bought or earned because it comes from within us

Hey Ken you brought back memories when playing wiffer ball and backyard tackle football. Boy did I have fun playing those games. Kids today probably don't even know what a wiffle ball is or the game? And because the way parents are so protective today the kids probably don't play tackle football in the backyards anymore either. You are probably the only one either on Facebook or RU-vid or any other social media to bring up the name wiffle ball except on those Facebook post that said "what game did you play as a kid that kids don't play today." And I and some other people on those post put wiffer Ball. If I ever was to meet you Ken we would probably have a lot in common. I'm only about five years older than you and in the same generation Xer. To be exact I'm 54 years old.

Hey Ken, I am having a situation where my job is potentially in danger. The company is splitting, and this does not guarantee anything for anyone’s job. On top of that, I have been in the job for over a year, and I’m just frustrated and at my wits end. I had a situation where someone wrote on my desk something derogatory, and I reported it to my manager, and come to find out, someone in my circle was involved, but I was given a new mentor, yet I wonder if I’m being setup with someone who was also involved. I have had little to no training in my job, and I have had to do certain things before a client came to the office, yet the product that was to be tested had issues, and I found that out a week ago. With no training, I had asked for help on this situation, because I exhausted all of my possibilities. No help came till the week of the client arriving, and it took two days to fix the product, and it was because of development not adding code in their product that was needed. Next thing I know, I’m on a performance improvement plan for someone else’s fault. I am at a point I have tried and tried to do everything management asks of me, but slowly my performance has dwindled, and so has my desire to work at my job anymore. I am currently interviewing for jobs that align with what I want to do. Should I quit due to performance issues, mental health, etc.?
