Listen, those allegations are easily proven to be untrue. Follow the evidence. I don't even like him and its apparent he is innocent. He is not an abuser or groomer. Isayah had no proof that his profile stated he was 16, of course until after after exchange, because he changed it after the interaction. He also showed no receipts other than the exchange of nudes. If he had proof and this really happened wouldn't you think he would have saved this information upon finding out that James was a "predator"? Especially since they had interaction after James allegedly found out about his age. Why didn't he show that evidence? Or the young man who has several ages throughout several social media platforms; (which was proven) who was boasting about how he was speaking with James Charles? Upon his allegations another influencer created a video stating he had several ages listed and would contact her when she hit a milestone on social media boasting about his contact with James Charles? Look, men have been failed both as victims of SA, but also by being falsely accused. I cannot tell you how many men have been proven innocent yet the allegations follow them and destroy their lives and reputations. Allegations of SA, domestic violence etc. Thats not saying these atrocities do not happen because they do, but I do not believe James Charles is a predator. These allegations should not be taken lightly, but they should also not be spoken about as truth until proven. In the age of technology and screen shots I just find it absolutely ironic that noone has evidence that James Charles is an actual predator and sought out underage boys. They have evidence that there was an interaction and one boy decided to save nudes, but he neglected to save the most pertinent information such as James Charles soliciting him as a minor? He has no screenshots of the actual interaction and has provided zero evidence, yet in the middle of their interaction James Charles sent nudes, and he was able to keep that, but not the actual interaction/evidence that James knew he was underage and abusing him? That's dark to me. Also, there were several boys who lied about the allegations for clout and this was proven. I could come out and accuse anyone and people would just believe it if they dislike a person or enough people accuse them. That's a logical fallacy to say that, because there are so many boys accusing him; that it must be true. I also find it convenient that these said allegations are very similar yet none of these boys had the sense enough to actually save the interaction, but nudes? Yes, James admitted to sending nudes and believed the boy was 18. There is no such thing as barely legal. By law your either legal or illegal and at 18 you can go fight and kill in war, vote, etc. Yes, some 18 year olds are childish and vice versa, but it is legal. James Charles is not being investigated because there is nothing to investigate. It makes me more uncomfortable that he hits on straight men and I believe that is an issue, but a personal and moral one and not a legal one. I would never ever purposely harm victims, but ther has to be proof that they are victims. They also have to be victims. Being a victim has specific signs and symptoms and a pathology no matter who you are. And respectfully, being a former victim myself; I do not believe these boys are victims. He never admitted to being attracted to minors, and you cannot tell by appearance who is a minor. He stated why he erased that video but everyone just wants to be guilty. What is the name of the underage victim who he told to take nudes in the bathroom? I believe that was Isayah, right? I want to look into it. Also, that does not prove he knew the boy was underage, because alot of people live with their parents. I do appreciate the dialogue and kindness though you disagree thank you!
